   Never shopping here again. Came to exchange two items I bought and was accused of not paying for them. They did not understand a simple process of exchange causing unnecessary stress and scene. No customer service skills or what so ever. Thanks to the blonde lady to were the nicest one.

   Value for money, quality women's clothing. Kids range from 8-14 as well so good for youngsters. Returns policy is exchange only, which is correct according to Trading Standards, as they provide a fitting room to try before you buy, and it doesn't affect your rights to a refund if the item is manufacturingly faulty.

   Would give 0 stars if I could, the worker Kim has no customer service skills at all she was charging us £10 for 2 leggings and there was a false price tag stuck on top of the original prices. She had so much attitude and kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing at the lady trying to work the till.

   Nice spacious store wheelchair friendly fairly cheap clothes variety of sizes did not gave to queue to get in located west Bromwich ample parking disabled bays available free parking available due to Covid-19 yay no public toilets in store but there are in this shopping centre and Tesco's which is close by

   I would give them minus stars because their staff don't even tell customers about their own returns policy . 3 lying staff members, who are are very rude. Insinuated I was lying when they didn't tell me the exchange policy when I even asked them about it- only told me I have 14 days for a refund. When i returned they said no refunds and gave me a credit note. SELECT deliberately misleads consumers or deceive them about there rights for example a sign that says they do not except returns or offer refunds ( read CONSUMER RIGHTS on gov.uk). PLEASE READ THE TRUST PILOT REVIEWS, THIS COMPANY REALY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

   Staff were absolutely rude when they was in the wrong. Felt like they were ganging up on me, when three members of staff were shouting in my face when they was in the wrong. Even refused to return me the money a member of staff took off me following her giving me the wrong price of an item. This ended me in getting very frustrated. I then displayed my customer rights, once i done this the members of staff got very scared and rapidly returned my money back seeing as they knew I wasn't a dumb customer and was one who was well aware of her rights. Of course they knew they were in the wrong otherwise they wouldn't have given me to what I was rightfully owed! If that was someone who couldn't stand up for their rights they would have been robbed and this has probably occurred a lot in the past. I have seen this happen where the staff just don't explain policies of products as well as treating customers as if they are dumb and stupid. Especially those who cant speak English. OVERALL, AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!
