    I was waiting in the queue to be served and watched a dispute between a cocky arrogant manager and a member of staff as the man in front of me was trying to return some used underwear and the cashier told him it was against policy but the manager told her that I'm in charge and I can do what I like and returned the used underwear and put it back on the shelf for sale, I would never buy anything from this store again, as there is no hygiene standards. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, also I work in retail and rudeness to your staff as a manager is really toxic behaviour and I don’t understand why this woman who is clearly a manager is still employed with that horrible attitude.

    Wasn't to busy. Had a wide range of clothes and accessories. The staff where polite but seemed very distracted. Overall the clothing has good quality and might return for more clothes in the future.

    They have huge variety of clothes for everyone, we bought some suitcases and clothes. We couldn’t find big suitcases in whole birmingham. Prices were reasonable. They have excellent customer service.

    I can't believe that the manager of a brand is so rude and ignorant. How did you choose such a person as a manager? My wife bought a pair of pants for me from your store, but unfortunately she did not choose the right size. When I went to the store to return the pants, I was faced with the ugly behavior of the store manager!!! I had not even worn these pants for five minutes, it is completely clear from the appearance that they have not been used at all. But this lady told me in disbelief that you wore this and ruined the belt and the lower part of it!!! And the last thing is that they told me that there must be a tick on the accompanying product so that we can exchange it. If no brand in England wants such a thing from its customers, and if your rules are different from other brands, you should inform the customer. When we don't know your withdrawal rules, how can we follow them! Maybe if I knew about your bad rules, I would have never bought from you, although I know that this is the last purchase for me and my family from your stores, and I will inform all my friends and acquaintances about this so that everyone will know about the bad condition of your customer service.

    Staff is rude and never keen to help on when requested for alternative sizes for clothes to check in stock , The older lady by the tills like to get paid for doing nothing sort job ethic not helpful when providing information whilst the coloured workers have been grafting continuously through the years iv been there never seem to be recognised for there efforts not blaming this stores management but the company overall they should do better Very disappointed ☹️ in all honesty services is dreadful
