Visited today, my friend found a dress but wrong size, last one in the sale. Lovely assistant Aneesha [hope spelt correctly] went above and beyond trying to track one down for her online, sadly couldn't find another, but top notch customer service. This young lady is an absolute asset to the West Brom store, thank you Aneesha.
I had a profoundly disappointing experience at the West Bromwich Peacock store. In the past, I witnessed discourteous behavior from a salesperson toward another customer, which I opted to disregard at the time. However, my recent visit (20/11/24) compelled me to critically evaluate the standard of customer service provided and led to my decision to refrain from returning in the future. The experience I encountered was extraordinarily humiliating. It is concerning that there may be underlying issues within the store; I recommend that management conduct an investigation to determine whether there exists a toxic work environment or if the staff require additional support and training in "Diversity & Equality." Without addressing these concerns, I fear that the store may face significant operational challenges, potentially jeopardizing its viability in the future.
This store is ok to shop in, but also a little dull and depressing. I'm not sure if the lighting or what it is, but I wouldn't say it's a store I'd rush to return to
It's a reasonably priced store for clothing and home items, but has a much smaller selection than a more famous store which is right by it and has similar prices. Worth a look sometimes if you don't find what you're looking for in the other nearby store, but usually very lucky if you find something in here that you don't find in there.
Good quality products, helpful staff so glad this place survived the pandemic, use it or lose it.

I wonder how this place is still surviving. Pretty poor collection for men and women alike.. Ordering online and returning in store is such a hassle that it takes about 25 mins for the store staff to process it. Highly recommend the company to invest in some new and better software for billing, and a better designer for the brand.
Got myself a lovely Black Diamanté jumper, I then downloaded Peacocks App & found the same jumper in Red × a couple of other nice Christmas gifts for friends.
