   I have been shopping here at IBT Fabrics for almost 10 YEARS now. I have been shop from them when they had that little store across the road. Now they have moved into this big store and they honestly deserve more success. Their style of suits and variety is excellent. The customer service is amazing especially the owner behind the counter. He always shows me plenty of suits as I can never make my mind up. I have always left with 2-3 suits minimum every visit. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for casual/ fancy cloths for weddings, Eid, parties & more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! Visited this shop,, brought an item costs £45,,, the owner gave me wrong size,,I'm not from the area so travelling costs,, tried ringing the shop number - no answer nothing like it's a number not in use,, rang the Soho road bid to see if they can contact them for me - heard nothing back from them either. The attitude from the owner was disgraceful and disgusting, refusing to give me a refund until I made a stance and asked him to show me where in his shop that is written anywhere,,, he then says I'll give you £40 back when the item was £45,,, then agreeing to refund,,, he charged my card with another £45 which is now £90 he took from my account, then proceeded to grab my phone and ring his phone so he now has my card details and telephone number. This person should not be in charge of a payment machine that can take money from anyone's account. I have contacted my bank who have told me to contact the Police and trading standards about what has happened. When buying the item the man was nice but became argumentative and was trying to provoke me but it didn't work DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS OWNER 1% ,, GIVING SOHO ROAD A BAD NAME SHAME ON YOU, warn your mothers/wife/sisters/daughters not to go to this shop and spend your hard earned money. Expect trading standards at your shop and I Will be calling the police as the way in which he's done what he's done with my details he has can do anything.Never trust this man or his shop SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS

   Very bad customer service. Employees are more keen to sell. Doesn’t want to make effort to show u variety. Variety is not upto the mark and you expensive.
