Coffee is very good, rather a long wait though. Personally not keen on having to order it via the touch screen machine, would rather interact with a person.

I popped in the other day on my work break and had the loveliest service from two members of staff. I believe he was called Kieran and a girl with really long red hair (sorry I've forgotten her name!) I'm vegan and the girl was really patient at explaining the milk alternatives, as well as recommending me a low caffeine blend. The coffee was delicious and the service brightened my day. I've often avoided chain cafes because they often lack a bit of soul/character, but this was definitely an exception - I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Very tasty coffee. I found this place just by chance. I tasted the robusta revival grounds which was absolute fantastic. Gonna come back!. The only issue is that the run out of pastries and cookies early in the afternoon. That can't happen!

There is always going to be a black sheep in the coffee business. It’s good to have this this chain at its centre. Conveniently located next to Manchester Piccadilly station, this coffee shop exudes cool. They craft a good cuppa too.

Walked in here for the first time whilst waiting for the better half and it is a lovely rustic warming place with an amazing latte. I even got a bear. They have an AMAZING 'pay it forward' scheme to provide the homeless or someone in need with a free coffee with an additional message of inspiration on their free coffee board. Got served by a gentleman who had his first day today and was extremely polite and friendly. Wouldn't have guessed it was his first day. Coffee is much better than Costa/Starbucks etc Be there again.
