    Tonight I visited for tea as I couldn't be bothered cooking after getting back from holiday. I ordered a large Coke Zero on the app withoyt ice as I had received my food and didn't want to wait at the bar or let it go cold. 17 minutes later it hadn't arrived so I went to the bar which I was wanting to avoid. When it was my turn to be served I mentioned to Lucy I was still waiting for my drink, she then produced my already poured drink which wasn't even a full glass!! This was already poured before the man before me was served. This isn't the first time it's happened either. I have noticed for a while now that service from certain staff is minimum,which is a shame as other staff such as Justine and Sandy appear to be run off their feet! I won't be back and im not expecting anything to be done by management. What a shame for Greene King

    Called in the pub for a drink with some of the Congleton supporters, service was very good and with a smile. The atmosphere in the pub was good with supporters from other teams, we thoroughly enjoyed our drinks and experiences. Definitely will call again when in the area.

    Meat was awful especially lamb dish which was totally tasteless. Vegetables were almost cold and broccoli couldn't be cut it wS so undercooked. Came recommended but very disappointed and won't return
