Was a customer of the commercial for many years. Called in two weeks ago and was shocked at the prices for a village pub. Nice clean pub and bar staff great but atmosphere isn't the best.

Nice pub go there for a beer to meet my old dad. Good beer for sure. Not the cheapest. But no knob heads, or druggies to be seen. I Recommend.
Enjoyed a drink here and would come back. The atmosphere was good with plenty of chat and noise but the music was not to loud so it was easy to talk. The drinks selection is good and has a range of what you would want and th prices are excellent. The location is good with it being on the main road and near the train station. Worth a visit.
A friendly enough local pub with lots of activities. Gets very busy on weekends and they usually have Millstone beer on. Not a bad place for a quick drink.
