    I visited this morning around 10am to return some items, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service. The lady at the counter didn't greet me and was quite rude. What struck me as odd was that she seemed to treat another customer differently. I hope the store takes steps to ensure all customers receive respectful and professional service, regardless of their background. 1/5 stars"

    I went to the West Bromwich Next store to exchange a shirt, and Ayaat was absolutely brilliant. She was really friendly and genuinely helpful throughout. Even though they didn’t have my size in the back, she took the time to check and then suggested a great alternative that should work perfectly. Excellent customer service which is rare nowadays!

    Went into buy baby clothes was left waiting at the till for a good few minutes while 2 members of staff served another lady , the lady wasn’t buying anything just checking stock on the computer, after my wife place the clothes onto the counter Mandy came over she was very rude told us we cudnt spend one of our gift cards in store online only maybe then told us we cudnt have the coat hanger with the clothes, very rude member of staff!

    first time visit your store but rude behaviour of your security guard girl.she don't have manners that how to deal with customer.very bad experience .i will never visit again .

    Little pricier than the likes of Primark or H&M, but you get what you pay for. Decent quality clothes. I mainly buy from here for my office wear, or occasion wear for my kids. Staff have been very polite and friendly when I come in for a delivery collection.

    Quality of clothing is not really up to standard, I used to by clothing from next many years ago, the quality then was OK, next clothing now is primark level, people prefer to wear cheap standard clothing today it's there choice, but it's not for me

    A nice shop, good selection of clothes and bags, however if you're plus size they do not have much in that range which is a pity because we are all different sizes and shapes! Their perfume selection is good quality and I can't fault that, also their homeware department upstairs, although pricey is very nice if you like eclectic style. On the whole a nice shop but room for improvement.
