Went in tonight to be met with: "You have to be 25 to drink now" I'm 21 and did have my licence. It used to be my favourite pub, before going out into Manchester. If you do find yourself in my situation there's a shop down the road that will serve you. I understand that management can put age restrictions, but 25 is steep when you have to be 18 to buy alcohol at a shop. All I wanted was a nice night, good thing the shop was still open.

Nice cosy pub. Great selection of various cask & lagers sprits. Polite friendly staff. Band that was on was too loud although but other than that great atmosphere

Spent a few hours in here recently. I didn`t choose to go here as I already knew there was no real ale despite it being a Robinson`s house. We still enjoyed ourselves but I`d have rather gone somewhere else.
