Tried the Mix Grill and Garlic Chilli Potatoes absolutely loved them! The flavors were amazing, and everything was cooked perfectly. The staff were super friendly. Definitely worth a visit!
One of the most delicious spots in Borough Market. You should definitely try every dish. The prices are very reasonable, too. The portions are huge and filling. We loved the Iraqi cuisine!
One of the best authentic Iraqi food experiences in London! The kubba, mixed grill and rice were all incredible.. packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The chicken is especially tender and delicious. Make sure to ask for the hot sauce and garlic on top of your mixed grill order.. it takes everything to another level. Highly recommended!

I visited Borough Market in June. With the wide selection of options of where to eat, I decided to try Iraqi food for the first time and seriously, it was some of the most delicious food I've had. The flavours are amazing, including the sauces (the mango chilli sauce is a must). I met the owner (Phil) while I was there, and he was a true gent, as well as the other chefs. Also, my wife is vegan, and she loved it too, especially the mushroom chap with the tamarind sauce. Needless to say, I highly recommend Juma Kitchen!
MY FAV PLACE! I love this place, its a bit of home away from home. Staff are so so nice too, honestly I’ve seen a lot of them on rotation (frequent customer, me) and they re all so lovely. The food is incredible, at busier times I’ve had my little kubbas burnt but still finger licking edible!!
I am so pleased I found this amazing place! We went on a work day out and stopped here for lunch. We had the kebab and tried a kubba or two! The food was so tasty that we booked Philip Juma, the main man for a private dining event for my brothers birthday. The food was 5 star! Watching Philip at work in the kitchen was a fabulous experience. I would highly recommend everyone popping to borough market to try Juma Kitchen or book philip to cook for you for your own event.
Lovely place in the borough market. They specialise in Iraqi food. We tried the mushroom chap and spinach fat Ayer and they were really really good! Was too full to order more, but will definitely come here again!
Delicious fresh Iraqi food with plenty of vegan options. My favourites were the mushroom chap and the courgette & cauliflower fritters. Highly recommended!
My first taste of Iraqi cuisine and it was incredible. We tried all of the Kubba and they were delicious. For mains the dolma with Lamb ribs was incredible, also loved the Saffron chicken. Desserts was a knafa and it was so so good, never eaten anything like it. Wine was lovely and service was some of the friendliest I've experienced in London. Gutted I didn't try the Hummus or flatbread but will definitely be back as soon as possible!
