   Great shop packed full of some super gems. We had a lovely experience there. Gill and Rose Made us feel welcome and special. They had time for us and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended if you need an unusual outfit for a Wedding or an evening occasion. I’ve driven past many times but I will definitely be popping in again.

   Fantastic experience with these lovely ladies. My friend and I turned up without an appointment but were greeted like old friends. Some gorgeous dresses and we tried on dresses that we wouldn't have thought of trying before. I will definitely be revisiting and would recommend the shop to anyone looking for that special dress

   Review The most awful place to shop. Rude uninterested people, we were treated like we’d interrupted their afternoon tea, and we were clearly a disturbance to them. Bride, mother of bride, grandmother of bride, auntie of bride, all there to spend on our main outfits, accompanied by our personal shopper. We’d even made an appointment but the unwelcome we received… I’ve not felt anything like that since back in the 80’s before people learned how important being pleasant to customers/ people was. They stood back looking down their noses at us all, not helping and in fact making clear to us that we were doing it all wrong. We did buy two hats, but it really hurt me giving them our money. We ended up going to Selfridges in Birmingham and John Lewis in Solihull and got everything we wanted alongside a thoroughly pleasurable experience. Spent into four figures and loved every bit of it. The drive to a clapped out building in Quarry Bank, with clapped out service wasn’t worth it, and brought shame on the Black Country people who are ordinarily so down to earth and welcoming. Don’t give these two women your hard earned money, they’re not entitled to it and in not sure who they think they are.

   The manager was not only rude and unsympathetic, but also displayed a level of greed that is simply unacceptable. When I raised a concern about a purchase, she showed no interest in resolving the issue or even listening to my complaint. Instead of offering a solution or any form of apology, she was dismissive and made it clear that my concerns were an inconvenience to her. To make matters worse, when I mentioned that I would be leaving a review about my experience, she abruptly blocked me on Face book, so I was unable to do so. This level of unprofessionalism is not what I expect from any business, especially one that relies on customer satisfaction. It's a shame because the store itself has potential, but the management's attitude completely ruins the shopping experience. I won't be returning, and I advise others to think twice before shopping here. Customer service should always come first, but it seems like this store is more focused on squeezing every penny out of its customers rather than treating them with respect.

   I visited Jantino yesterday - the staff are excellent so polite, and friendly, and they make you feel so special. The clothes on offer are excellent. Brought both a dress and hat the staff let me try different options, nothing was too much trouble. If you want that special outfit Jantino is definatley worth a vist.

   Visited both shops today, looking for an outfit for my daughters wedding, in August. My sister came with me for help and advice which was comforting, but, I can honestly say, Roslyn, Jill and Pam couldn’t have been more helpful in giving their assistance, advice, time and patience. I have tried on the most amazingly beautiful outfits and made to feel like a Queen, nothing was too much trouble. I finally completed purchasing my order with Jill who made everything so easy, putting my wonderful outfit together. Thank you ladies from a very stressed, emotional, Mother of the Bride and putting me on in cloud nine. A highly recommended shop and service!

   I bought a dress on line for my daughters wedding, when it arrived it was too big for me. Took it to Jan's and they were able to alter it to fit me, and in record time. Saved my day and saved me having to buy a new outfit. Will definitely get my outfit from there when my son gets married.

   I accompanied my Mum here to find her an outfit for my brother's wedding. What a wonderful service, the owner and member of staff could not have been more accommodating or knowledgeable, making recommendations and giving their very experienced advice. There was an absolutely stunning selection of dresses, shoes, bags and hats and with an onsite seamstress the dresses could be altered to fit you perfectly. They even offered to have a facinator made to the exact spec if we couldn't find what we were looking for. Over all, a very positive experience, I would highly recommend. And yes, my mum did find THE dress!
