I'm sorry to leave such a negative review but this was the first and last time we went there and the place was absolutely filthy, no attempt to clean any part of the play or seating area, looks like years worth of dirt, dust, mould and hair everywhere. The place is in dire need of a deep clean and sanitising. It was also freezing cold inside.

Had a lovely visit to the wacky warehouse yesterday with my two grandchildren. With a spot of lunch afterwards. Children had a brilliant time playing and the food was delicious especially the beef and Yorkshire puds. Staff was helpful too

I haven't been here in 2y.It's a good-sized play area but seems dirty and in need of maintenance. Coffee machine not working and apparently been like that for over a month based on other reviews. A 500ml soft drink bottle is more expensive than if I ordered from delivery.Even the staff was like, "it's £3.45! Do you want it?" The staff was nice and polite. But it's not a place I plan to come back. Also, the changing area for babies was outol of order too.

This venue has lots of potential as a great local soft play but is let down in a number of ways. As other reviews have noted it's not the cleanest, there is a slight whiff of urine (unbearable in the toilets) and a lot of the play equipment is in need of replacement. Some kids had even managed to get through a tear in the fabric and were hiding underneath a slide structure, very unsafe. The size and layout overall is good, however note for people who have adventurous toddlers, the under 5s zone is small and under-equipped, the over 5s is much better but during holidays or weekend adults are not allowed above the ground floor. This isn't a rule I've heard of anywhere else and is a significant drawback if your child needs extra help or supervision. I'd only consider coming in term time (which I thought it was), as it's also possible to have unlimited playtime when it's quiet. I can't fault the staff, the woman working was very polite and made us feel welcome despite the rules. Can't be easy relaying that ten times a day, feels like the company needs a look at their insurance policy as I can't see the set up working for a lot of parents. Unfortunately no working coffee machine at the time so my caffeine deprived brain was quite relieved to leave at the end of the session. Pub next door made for a quick and easy retreat for basic food, kids ate free with the app which was pretty great. With some improvements I'd visit again, but strictly in term time only as I want to be able to be with my kids rather than letting them roam free and hoping for the best, especially when some of the kit is so worn down.

Had my sons 5th Birthday Party here yesterday and it wasn't great. The parties are for 1.5hours, that's 1 hour play and 30mins to do the cake and eat their food and dessert. The cake I provided with candles was only half lit as the girl lighting them got frustrated that she couldn't light them all so left it half lit (bear in mind there were 5 candles) My son being 5 blew the candles out before the children sung happy birthday and she didn't bother to relight them. The dessert were put out before the children had finish their food and of course, being young children they immediately stopped eating their food as soon as they were given the ice cream. Once the ice cream was placed on the table the girl announced they had 2mins to eat them as it was time to leave. Never the less my son was oblivious to all this and enjoyed his party. From a parents point of view I wouldn't book a party here again.

Good value for money. Kids love it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My friend felt there could have been more choice snack wise but apart from that I think many of the bad reviews on here are outdated now and this place deserves a little more credit! Yes the equipment is slightly tired in places but many soft play centres are like that and overall it's great for the kids. The staff didn't bother us about our snacks for the kids, in fact they were very polite and helpful. We'll be back!

Had my daughters party on a friday after school, food was great, and you also got to choose what food each child wanted before hand which was handy. The two staff members were lovely and helpful ladies. Place was clean and not to busy. Well worth the money. You also got a party bag .Thankyou.

Our first time in here. First impression building is not big, it doesn't smell fresh inside. Over 5's area was really good and spacious. My kid enjoyed her play time. Toilet was clean. On a downside the area is very very dirty. She only got an hour to play, which is not worth the money paid, unlike other play areas where you can stay much longer. They didn't serve any food. We will be back, but it could be doing much better.

Staff are horrific, came here tonight and were barked at for 10 mins before even paying or entering - kids were being shouted at (not ours) for letting balls out the ‘designated ball areas’ we must have been told about 20 times we CANT GO IN THE PLAY AREA - despite us not wanting to, we just got up to walk with our one year old, past that general area. We left after 45 mins as we thought we brought them to a play area not a training camp ran my two miserable middle aged women clearly unhappy with life.
