   I am an OAP in my 80’s and I needed a dress for my grand daughter’s wedding. Went to the Worcester branch because my daughter in law bought her outfit there. Very impressed with the shop and the friendly staff. Found a beautiful dress which was reduced to £169 and just the colour and style I had hoped for. The assistant told me the back was a bit wide ( I could not see the back ) and because there was a round open part, you could see my bra but she was sure it could be altered. Took it to a dressmaker when I got home and because of the style of the back of the dress, impossible to alter. Rang the store to explain and ask for a credit note but was told by an assistant and a manager that was impossible because I had taken the price label off. I still had the receipt and the bag it came in. Things must have changed since my day !, We just had to keep the receipt!!. It was obvious I had never worn it because it was about 10 inches too long and too wide at the back. Sent two emails to customer services but never got a reply. I am left with a dress that cost me £169 which I can’t afford to lose, very disappointed in how I have been treated and the whole idea of enjoying the wedding has been spoilt. I’m sure all your info on line says the label must be on if you return something but who my age would know all that. Surely you could take a more realistic approach and I only asked for a credit note.

   What fantastic ladies, I didn’t get names (my fault) I started my journey to find an outfit for a wedding here tried on loads after an identity crisis…(lost 4.5st) and quite frankly do not know how to dress myself anymore! The ladies helped me no end…I continued my journey around Worcester and ended up back where I started and the kind ladie (with glasses) went above and beyond to help me find something! And didn’t she find something! I feel a million dollars..no photos yet as I haven’t worn it yet but just wanted to express how helpful they were even down to seating my worn out husband and daughter! Absolutely 100% service..proper service and nothing they couldn’t do to help! Amazing shop, amazing service, amazing staff! ❤️

   Two of the most helpful and friendly shop assistants I’ve ever met! Literally just been in to find something for a wedding in South Africa and they were so helpful, gutted that the jumpsuit I found wasn’t in my size in Worcester, I would have loved to buy from them! Now Merry Hill bound after their call to them to check stock. Thank you ladies x

   Went in to get my wife a dress for our sons wedding and ended up getting a dress and a jacket on order. Lady in the shop was excellent, gave great advice and was really attentive, excellent service. Good choice of clothing too.

   Staff didn’t approach us, we’re on their phones, we were in the store nearly 10/15 mins and had to ask the sales assistants if we could try the clothes on, she then mentioned they were closing in 30 mins! after she knew we were purchasing though was helpful but before felt as if We were being profiled!!
