   Today was my first time dining at this restaurant. On a Saturday evening, it seemed a bit understaffed. I had attempted to book a table through their website, which showed it was fully booked until 7:30PM. However, when I called the restaurant directly, I was able to make a reservation. I suspect they might have shown full availability online due to limited staff. The male staff members were very polite, but I felt that one of the female staff, who appeared a bit heavier, seemed somewhat impatient when I was ordering. The food was decent, nothing extraordinary but satisfactory. This experience left me with mixed feelings about the restaurant. The disparity between the online booking system and the actual availability was puzzling, and the varying levels of service from the staff members were noticeable. While the food met basic expectations, the overall dining experience could have been enhanced with more consistent customer service.

   As only just living around the corner from this place it’s been handy for somewhere to take the kids and grab something to eat, the food went down hill a few years ago but has gradually improved until now Had to send food back for either being cold or uncooked. Management is also more entertaining to the lemo crowd at the end of the bar than us trying to a family meal then being asked to leave because we have kids My patience has run out with this place Get someone to run this place properly or close it down You’ve just lost more customers

   Not a good experience at all. We booked the breakfast with Santa with the kids but end up no one really enjoy it. The “breakfast” postponed to 11am to start, and they were not serving any other hot food on the menu before 1pm. The breakfast for the kid is super small portion, and NO drink included. No hot food was serving for adults so we can only order hot chocolate, but end up we need to wait for more than 40 mins for the drink to be served. We can’t wait any longer so can just cancel and refund. The staffs were not that friendly and told us need to appreciated them for coming back early on Christmas Eve to did the job. We appreciated for sure but if they cannot manage then better don’t hold such event. We paid £8 for my boy, but he is not full at all (he just 3 years old) I can’t imagine those elder kids who also order the waffle. For adults, we thought the restaurants are serving the food on menu so we didn’t eat anything in the morning. You will never expect a restaurant not serving tap water, no hot food, and can’t even get a cup of hot chocolate on time. The gift from the Santa was cheap and not even wrapped, no fantasy for the kids at all. This breakfast ruined our Christmas Eve morning and we won’t visit this place anymore.

   Food was appalling ordered the vegan burger it came out bone dry no sauce or salad on it as described. My partner ordered gammon egg and chips, chips looked warmed up egg was crispy pineapple looked dirty and no tomato needless today we sent the food back and left!!!

   Went here on a sunny afternoon, lovely garden outside definitely great on summer. Inside was calm and clean, very welcoming and comfortable place. Staff where kind and professional. Fair prices too!

   Had the Quadzilla burger came with a small tin bucket of chips and a small portion of BBQ sauce. I felt the beef burgers need a little longer on the grill the chicken burgers and bacon were tasty the chips or fries taste like they had been cooked and reheated (double cooked)
