Popped in for a browse, as you'd expect nicely laid out and plenty to choose from. The only downside is that Menswear section is relatively small in comparison to most next stores.

Next told me my parcel going to ready to pick up from store Wednesday 20th August from noon. I’m still waiting.
One of the better Next stores as quite large. Staff are friendly and not super busy. Easy parking outside and lots of other shops around too
Not one single shirt or pair of trousers in my size. Having travelled here especially to buy clothing for a new job, only to find that next don't actually supply clothing that fits.

Home section is tiny. Didn’t have anything we needed - wouldn’t come back. They’re probably better to remove it and expand one of the other areas / focus a bit more.
Twice this week i came to next and wasnt open on time... Even today again.... Thats really bad next... Plus staff who works there its to busy talking with eaxh other rather then serve customers... You really need to fixed this next...
I was served by Jenna in the Men's department on the first floor in Kidderminster. I want to thank her for the excellent help she gave me on Wed 19th February 2020.
I'm afraid I don't agree with other views about helpful staff! Went in today to buy jeans, stood at counter to pay, no one serving, 5 mins later a girl walks behind the counter never looks at me and presses the buzzer - for obviously someone else to serve, wait a while longer,same girl comes back, again doesn't acknowledge me and presses the buzzer and walks off. Some while later another girl appears, comes behind the counter totally ignores me and goes to serve someone to shoes. I had to ask if someone intended to serve me and the girl said she would be back in a while. WRONG ANSWER. I'd had enough particularly as there were very few customers in menswear so can't claim to be busy. I left my purchase on the counter and walked out. There are plenty of other retailers who want to sell me jeans. If the manager of the Kidderminster store is reading this I suggest you train your Saturday staff at least the basics of customer courtesy and service!!!
