Amazing venue for My daughters 21st on Saturday. Very accommodating when we needed to set up. Friendly staff. I've had both my girls 18th and 21st here now so it was a no brainer not to have this one too. X
We used this venue for our wedding reception. We cant thank Trish and her wonderful team for all they did for us they couldn't do enough to help us and really made our day special. The DJ organised by Trish and the team was excellent we will definitely hold other events here in the future
Had my daughter’s 18th birthday party here and it was a brilliant night. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I was able to arrive a bit earlier to add some finishing touches in the room, which made things so much easier. I would recommend the function room for any event and would definitely use again. Thanks to all at the Cornishman.
Had my son’s 8th birthday party at the venue yesterday and the staff were all extremely helpful. They allowed me to go in the night before and set up his balloon arch we had and allowed me in early on the day of his party to take food across. The bar service was brilliant and the staff were helpful when I was tidying up. They was also quick in returning our deposit for the room. Thank you for allowing us to book this room. I will be booking for further parties/events we have upcoming x
Popped in whilst visiting a friend on my birthday & bumped into an old work colleague & friend of mine Sara! She’s working in the right place as she’s really lively & great with the locals. Absolutely made my visit that more enjoyable & I know she’s regular on the Karaoke too, Always the entertainer!. Great place for private events too plus socialising in the main pub with pool table in another room. Also decent seating outside for when the suns out.

A great pub and brilliant owners. Really good size function room and very helpful. Will definitely be our first choice for any future party's we have!
We came here as a family for a late breakfast and we couldn't fault the food, service, staff and atmosphere. We will definitely be returning as a family and hopefully bring friends.
Cornishman was the best place for any party we had the best time here food staff place was amazing I truly recommend here for any party function staff are amazing thank u all fir a wonderful experience xx
