Again, been there for our family meal, one of our favourite places to dine. Amazing choice on the menu and the portions sizes are very generous, but not too much. Staff are always very accommodating and helpful, plus they give it a very friendly and warm atmosphere. Needless to say we will be returning. Thanks guys.

SUPERSONIC WBRFM ★☆☆☆☆
Well I decided to come with my mother, mum ordered smoothed chicken and I ordered the gammon and eggs, when the food came straight away on mum's plate the chips were over done, the chicken was hard to eat... The waitress did replace the chips but by time she came with a new portion the rest of meal was going cold. I've been here many times and today I was not impressed with the food or service today, I had to wait a good ten mins before I order my food but I understand busy Fridays but even so, anyway hopefully next time when I come back the food will be up to scratch, really wanted to treat my mum especially with me not getting that much time with me working nights. Not happy

So I heard good things from this place prior my visit. We came in as a table of 5 and the initial service was good, but as soon as we received our starters and had finished, we were seemingly forgotten about. We sat for half and hour before deciding to enquire about our mains at the bar. Soon after, our mains arrived, clearly having been sat under a heat lamp the entire time. Food on arrival was really poor, only one of three steaks was actually near the requested cook, mine of which. A well done for a medium… There was no check back throughout the entire visit and the experience felt cold and unwelcoming. I would be more understanding if the place was packed, but it wasn’t and in fact we were one of 4-5 tables smaller within sight. I would not recommend.

Booked for an early xmas gathering, 33 of us. Everything went smoothly. It was so great to have access to the soft play area (extra charge) for the kids to burn off energy before and after the meal

Visited the Beefeater Saturday evening with my family, whilst the food was very good indeed and the waitress Eva was excellent, I have to say the Manageress was very disappointing, there was a group of very drunk and crude people with about 4 children, one chap was falling over people, bumping into tables, the language was atrocious not only by the adults the small children were swearing at each other. When I asked the Manageress why were we having to put up with such terrible behaviour, she said she had asked them to leave but why were they continuing to be served I ask? No apology and no effort to control the situation for the decent customers you had there, we and the tables close to us didn’t bother with a sweet or another drink, we couldn’t wait to get out. You clearly need some strong Management in this establishment, needless to say we will not be back. Just one more comment, there was another large family in with about 4/5 children running wild, Manageress ignored the situation and the lovely Eva was left to sort that situation out, which she did very professionally, it was dangerous as team were walking with heavy trays of food. The 3 stars are for the chef and Eva.

The customer service here by a guy called Bailey was excellent, and he went above and beyond expectation. The hotel itself is old, and it shows. The rooms are tired, old and without any air con or room fan, which is not good when the temp outside is 31°C. There are no plugs near the bed, which you would expect given people need to charge things up and the temp in the lift and corridor was cooler than in the room. Knowing I cannot sleep in a hot room with no or little ventilation, I received a refund and booked a Premier Plus room at Premier Inn Trafford West, which was cheaper, and had air con. A real shame as the staff are brilliant.

We are staying in the Premier Inn and as a result eating in the Brewers Fayre ( Coach House) at the Trafford Centre Manchester The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Last night at Dinner Gemma was our host and nothing was a trouble for her. This morning Steph and Jamie served us and they were amazing too Steph in particular was very happy and friendly, I have a mobility issue abd she was only too happy to help where she could. Well done Steph. The food is lovely and reasonably priced. However my partner was devastated to discover the Costa Machine wasn't working, he loves a costa coffee to start the day.
