Went in at 12:05 asked if they could do my girlfriend a small breakfast. I was told it’s not possible. I asked if they could ask the kitchen or a manager. I was told she was the manager. I said if you can’t it we will be leaving. I just find it terrible customer service. There’s no way that at 12:00 the kitchen suddenly runs out of breakfast. We left immediately and won’t be returning

It's a wetherspoons. It was exactly what it says on the tin. This particular location is surprisingly pleasant with a dark environment, kind staff and response wetherspoons locations go, the food was very nice and came out very hot too. Really good to see! They pour a fair pint too so you get what you pay for.

My mum, my sister and I recently went and my sister bought two strawberry daiquiri drinks which came to a total of £8.20. First of all, the smell was very strong, they smelt like nail polish remover. My sister then tasted one which tasted like pure alcohol and didn’t taste fresh at all. She went back to the bar and made them aware that she was not happy and that they don’t taste right. My sister was turned away and the excuse was that they cannot do anything because it was pre-made. We have learnt that the drinks are not fully pre-made and involved adding alcohol to them. I went back to the bar with her and was met with a rude staff member who refused to do anything about. This staff member then went to their back room to speak to the manager. The manager did not come out and just fed information to the staff member, telling them what to say to us. My sister was left having to buy another drink as it was before a concert and we did not have time to find somewhere else to go. The drinks were left at the bar and nobody offered any replacement. There was one polite staff member next to the rude one who did apologise but still nothing was done about it. I had emailed Wetherspoons twice about it and have received a reply stating that they would look into this and thanking us for making them aware, however, we still haven’t received any refund or genuine apology. After the second time I complained, I received an email stating that if the pub does not feel like we deserve a ‘goodwill gesture’ then we will not receive one. This would not be a goodwill gesture, it would be a simple refund for something that was prepared incorrectly. I have seen other reports about this pub that have been published by Manchester Evening News regarding staff being rude and other stuff too.

This stylish restaurant in the center of a gigantic shopping mall offered us the opportunity to take a break from the crowds and enjoy good food and beer. I recommend it.

Not the best pub I’ve been to. The place is alright with a dark vibe/ambience. Food menu is a mix of Indian- Italian-English food! They offer food with 1 free drink with some dishes

Went for quick reasonable priced breakfast . It didn’t open till 9am on a Sunday . Refillable coffees from a vending machine. Breakfast ok but not the wasn’t of foods . They didn’t have brown toast. Toilets were clean and tidy . As it’s in the Trafford Centre I won’t go this place again for a breakfast.

Not impressed at all. Ordered meals at the bar for myself and my sister and asked if our table could be cleared and cleaned before the food arrived. The girl who served me very rudely asked if there weren't any tables already cleared when we arrived. I explained both my sister and I use walking aids so needed a table big enough to accommodate our needs. Still nobody came to clear the table so I asked again. Staff not very helpful or accommodating. Definitely won't be going again. Wasn't impressed with the food either

I've asked if I can change 2 sausages and to receive 2 mushrooms instead (which should also work cheaper for them), and they've said "yes, no problem", and when the order arrived there was one normal mushroom and something else that even in the horror movies is not served as food (see the picture). Asked if can be replaced with a normal mushroom, they said "yes" (while the people I was with received their food and ate), and after another 16-18 minutes of waiting I've received back the same plate. Wasteoftime. Horrible management. The manager tried to convince me that the black thing is a normal mushroom and to blame me for not accepting their services. I've left without eating and definitely will not go there ever again.

It's nice. Quick service through the app. No salad cream currently. Food good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Busy at 6pm much quieter by 9pm. Still didn't wait long though. Only downside there is no separate fryer for gluten free chips so everything gluten free you'd have to order a jacket. Shame in such a large place that they don't cater for the millions of coeliacs.
