   I feel like I need to warn people about Autopep Car Parts & Accessories Ltd.. These guys took all my savings and left me stranded. I ordered a few basic car parts for a family road trip. air filter, brakes, spark plugs. Nothing specialjust some routine stuff. They promised me quality parts Big mistake. When the parts arrived, they were completely wrong. Cheap fake junk. The brakes fell apart after just 50 miles of driving. I ended up stuck on the side of the road with my wife and kids, all because Autopep sent me garbage. I called them for a refund and all I got was a runaround. No one cared no one helped. I’m out hundreds of pounds my car’s still wrecked and my vacation plans were ruined.

   A fantastic service was received I rang up earlier in the day the part for our car that was needed was in stock in the shop, drove down and the part was waiting and also fitted for a very reasonable price, the part was fitted free of charge.. just amazing!! a very happy customer.
