I buy all my car parts from this store , there is a gentleman called Liam always helpful , always advise me for the right parts as am clueless in cars and he is always very approachable I hope this guy gets the credit he deserves
No disrespect to anyone at this branch in particular but Euro in general always supplying the wrong parts, even though the website shows it’s compatible. Then the closing hours show 6pm yet shuts at 530.
Following a few poor experiences at the Oldham branch I decided to try the Stockport/Bredbury branch instead and the difference was polar opposite. The gentleman who served me (I think his name is Liam) was friendly, intelligent, efficient and a credit to the company. Needless to say, this is now my go-to branch even though it's a few extra miles out of my way. Thankyou for a great service.
Got my stuff on offer. Felt a bit sorry for the fella behind the counter having to take orders and then go and get the parts print receipts take the card/money there were a few in the shop too. Could've had another member of staff to help.
Checked stock online paid for the part left waiting for 15 minutes outside to be told it's not in stock and will be credit with the funds in a few days. Worst service won't be using here again will drive the extra distance to Cheadle
I ordered online and within 20 mins i was picking up from shop at a reasonable price
My oil munching BMW 530D needed topping up while visiting Manchester. Did a click and collect order to this store and on arrival was told they didn’t have the oil I ordered, therefore gave me the more pricier Castrol. Lovely staff!
Fantastic staff, bought a pair of alternator tensioner for Peugeot 3008 but had to take 1 back as it was wrongly packed in its box from supplier. The lads at Euro Car Parts searched high and low until they found the part I needed. Well done guys and thank you.
Visited for an online collection which was processed very quickly, parts were available at very good price as they have online discounts. Limited parking.
