However the only person I have contacted there and who tricked me was a guy named YUNIS There was no problem with my car. I went for maintenance such as timing belt, water pump, battery, oil filter, alternator belt. YUNUS GAVE A REASONABLE PRICE AND DID NOT CHANGE HALF OF IT, HE DID NOT CHANGE A SECTION, HE STOLE IT BY SAYING HE CHANGED A SECTION. HE ALSO DAMAGED THE FUEL HOSE AND TROUBLED ME FOR DAYS. 1- I sent a list of things to be done via message. I went there and Yunis got a price from the parts dealer. I gave a deposit and left my vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, YUNIS was not at the shop. They took the vehicle 1 mile away because there was no place, they took the money as CASH WITHOUT CHECK and then gave me the key. When I went there, the battery had not been changed. When I called YUNIS, he denied that the battery was not included. When I asked about the alternator belt, he said that it looked good and he had not changed it. The change period had passed 10,000 miles. YUNIS TOOK MONEY TO CHANGE IT AND JUST LOOKED AT IT 2- A terrible fuel smell started in the vehicle. At first, I thought they cleaned the oil in the engine with diesel. When it didn't go away, I went. YUNIS said that oil was dripping in the vehicle. He said that it touched the manifold and caused the smell. He said the oil was coming from the turbo and it would be fixed for 1000£!!! There was no oil coming from the turbo, I thought it was coming from the oil filter I went back to that shop and told that it was coming from the filter and that it might be because the filter gasket was not seated properly. I removed the filter there myself. IT FOUND MY OLD FILTER, A BOSCH BRAND FILTER. HE HAD NOT CHANGED THE OIL AND FILTER HE SAID HE HAD CHANGED. Once denied this as well. I asked for an invoice, of course there was a different brand on the parts invoice. After arguing for minutes about this he appalogized , he refunded 70£. 3- After searching for the source of the oil for days, I realized that the leak that YUNIS thought was oil was diesel. It looked like this because of the waste oil in the engine. There was a fuel filter in the parts that were changed. They had somehow damaged the fuel hose. They tried to glue it with epoxy. When I said this, of course he denied it. 4- YUNIS wants cash. He doesn't give an invoice. I asked for an invoice 4-5 times. Finally, I am attaching a picture of the invoice he sent me. There is no company name, date, name, nothing. I complained to HMRC. There has been no result for a month. YUNIS IS A BAD MECHANIC, IN ADDITION TO BEING A LIARS AND IMMORAL PERSON. HE DOES NOT GIVE INVOICES. AFTER PAYING THE MONEY BY LEAVING THE VEHICLE IN A DIFFERENT PLACE, YOU ARE FELL INTO A TRAP. YUNUS MAY BE THE MOST EASILY LIE PERSON I HAVE EVER SEEN. At the same time, he has no shame when his lies are revealed. THE PERSON I GET SERVICE FROM FROM THIS GARAGE IS YUNIS. AS A CUSTOMER, WE MADE ALL OF OUR CORRESPONDENCE FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER. THEREFORE, I ASSUME THAT THIS IS A COMMERCIAL PHONE NUMBER AND I AM SHARING zHIS NUMBER HIS FIRST NAME AS A COMPANY OFFICIAL. YUNIS IS THE OWNER OF THIS GARAGE THAT I AM MENTIONING HERE, WHO INTRODUCED HIMSELF TO ME. HE IS AN UNRELIABLE, LIAR, AND IMMORAL PERSON AS A COMMERCIAL CHARACTER. HE DOES HIS JOB IN A HORRIBLE WAY. HE IS A LIAR. EVERYTHING I HAVE MENTIONED HERE IS RELATED TO HIS COMMERCIAL IDENTITY THE CRITICISM I MADE IS AGAINST HIS COMMERCIAL IDENTITY AND THE DEFECTIVE SERVICE HE PROVIDED. IT IS NOT AN ATTACK ON HIS PERSONAL RIGHTS.

   I took my car there 16 days ago and after 4 days he said your car is fixed and I paid money but when I went there I see it was not. Again after few days this happened again and I went there and no difference, I just paid for taxi. Today after 16 days I phoned and he said I can not repair your car and when I went there he parked my car in street with 13 minutes walking and when I asked why he was so rude told me loudly who are you that I bring car for you and you have to thankful from me that I did not get more money from you, younes was not polite. If you can not fix car so don’t accept that or don’t have enough room for new car in your garage So younes did not return my money and was rude. Never go there again
