   Needed a replacement mirror for my Ford Fiesta, I had heard good things about this place and they lived up to the expectation, quick, attentive and affordable. Had me out of there in no more than minutes for a good price. Would recommend to anyone with any Ford or Vauxhall, they have a very diverse selection and nearly any model of the above brands.

   Bought a gearbox off them with a 3 month warranty! Called every other day emailed again and again saying an independent garage said the gearbox they gave me has failed! Every time I call they tell me they’ve been running for 27 years they’d never screw me over and despite spending 5 weeks calling and emailing them they have not emailed once or called me back once! They gave me a 3 month warranty and it’s worthless! Whenever I call they just lie to me and say I have to call back again! Vile company their warranties mean nothing and the staff there wouldn’t know honesty or integrity if their life depended on it! I’ll issue a summons and get my money back but plz anyone else looking at this company avoid them at all costs! Absolute con merchants! Not even about the money!

They gave me great advice and helped find exactly what I needed, even going as far as loading the parts for me. Can't thank them enough for all their help and would highly recommend.

   I went into BCS Parts today (Wednesday). My local garage ordered in a part for my Vauxhall Astra yesterday but couldn’t fit it until today, only to realise that an additional part was required to complete the job. I was infuriated as I believed it was BCS Parts that mistakenly didn’t add the extra part that was required. So I left my local garage to travel a few miles to obtain the extra part for my vehicle. As soon as I arrived, a man called Pete attended to me straight away. I explained to him what the issue was, and he explained that my local garage made a mistake of not adding the extra part required to the order. Pete, diffused my frustration within moments and he made me realise that it wasn’t actually their wrongdoing. He also went above and beyond to give me the required part for free. He really didn’t need to that as I was more than happy to pay. These guys at BCS are really genuine and the warehouse looks as if they stick almost everything. Thanks once again BCS, Thanks Pete.

   Spoke to Steve yesterday morning and gave him all the details of the parts I was looking for, Paul called me back in less than 15 minutes to confirm he had the right parts, I placed the order and was told that I should receive them within the next day or two, came back home today and the parts were here waiting for me, really well wrapped and protected, thanks to them I can now get my son's car back on the road, could not ask for a better service than the one they have given me.
