“We've been having an electrical problem with our Ford C-Max for the last few weeks, so I called in at MHB Auto Spares this afternoon to ask if they could take a look at the battery and alternator for me. Without hesitation, they popped the bonnet and ran a free check on the battery - it needed a new one. It's quite complex to change the battery on a C-Max, as parts of the engine need removing in order to swap out the battery. Just 20 minutes later, a new battery was fitted, complete with a 12 month warranty at an AMAZING price - even cheaper than I could have bought the battery for online! I have used MHB many times over their 35 years in business, and will continue to do so. Another great job well done, and so fast - thanks so much!”

“Very happy with the service. First time I used the garage which was recommended to me and the diagnosed the problem and carried out the work straight away. Exhaust bracket had broken and needed welding. Also honest about another issue where a previous garage had put cheap brake pads on which is why they are now squealing. Advised the brakes are still OK not worth replacing them yet and it will stop. Think they might have cleaned them as stopped squealing once I left. Excellent service will be using them again for future work and getting my MOT done there in future”

“I was looking for a gearbox my Ford Transit 100T350 Mk7 2010 Which had an unique gearbox, as there were plenty available but the wrong type, part number. Even reconditioned I only found one firm who had one but wanted my original gearbox in exchange. PROBLEM as I am in Spain, Lee contacted me after my search to say that he had one available and would supply with 3 months warranty he confirmed the part number and was prepared to ship to Spain but it was expensive. I arranged for a couriers from Spain to pick it up. Lee couldn't be more helpful and kept the gearbox which was collected and delivered to the Ford garage in southern Spain where it was fitted and it runs like a Swiss Watch.
