   Nothing but professional from start to finish. 3rd garage to look at my C220 and only garage to successfully diagnose the issue, communicated the fault, fix and price. had the part ordered within a couple days and done at a very very reasonable price. Will use these again in a heartbeat.

   I cannot recommend this place enough- I liaised with Sam and he is an absolute genius!! I had an issue with my car for over a year (a strange thudding noise) whenever the car was in a lower gear. I went to a local garage who said there was an issue with the gearbox however, I thought it was best I go for a second opinion. I contacted M-Star and spoke to Sam who listened to my concerns and despite me telling him what the issue was, he said it was best that he investigated and diagnosed the issue to provide the best recommendation. I cannot express how smart Sam is, he thought outside the box and noticed that there was in issue with all of my tyres. This hadn't been picked up by previous garages I went to and he suggested we change the tyres as they were varying tread depths and not only that, the vehicle had the wrong tyres on!!! He mentioned he had a similar case and felt that the issue could be related to the tyres. All 4 tyres were replaced and to my surprise this resolved the issue and certainly was less costly than undertaking work on a gearbox. Every time I have liaised with Sam or M-Star they have been professional, helpful and provide the absolute BEST service. I will continue to use their services and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

   These guy's are totally professional. I received a top class service from them. They kept in touch with me throughout the process and was honest about the cause of the issues with my car and told me that there maybe a probability I may need to return for a stored issue that appeared on the diagnostic system. Instead of just suggesting I go ahead with the work they advised me to return if the issue comes up again and they will put it back on the diagnostic system for free. As it happens there was no need, the issue has been resolved and my car is in tip top shape. I did see a review referring to £80 for the diagnostic but ended up being more. I was quoted exactly the same and told its 80 plus VAT. All quotes are given as actual price plus VAT. Please remember this when considering costings. Fantastic garage and fantastic mechanics.

   Quoted £80 for diagnostic, turned up and it was £96 (apparently plus VAT but never mentioned). Would not budge on price - will definitely not be having the work done here and would not recommend

   Went to two other garages who couldn’t identify the specific fault. Brought it to M Star who diagnosed the fault and fixed it correctly. They even showed me the part fitted on the suspension arm and the old defective part. Really polite and professional. Will be using them again.
