I bought a car from dean very recently. The service provided is exceptional. Thorough, polite and easy from start to finish. I had an issue with the car the next day but a short phone call later and a visit to the garage and it was fixed with no hassle. Would recommend.
Bought my VW golf from Dean Smiths car sales, lovely friendly staff Tom and Nick really helpful. Their approach was lovely not pushy at all, great test drive. Communication was great and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely independent garage.

Dean and his team are very honest, friendly and as helpful as they could be. I was driving quite a long way to buy a VW Golf and he made sure I had all the information possible before I came to look in person. The car was serviced the day before and I’ve driven about 300 miles with absolutely no issues, it is in perfect condition as advertised. Very happy with the purchase and overall service, would definitely recommend!
Recently purchased a car here and had great service every step of the way. After driving the car for a few miles a problem occurred and Dean promptly arranged to take the car in and resolve the issue under the warranty he provided. Bought a used car from Dean recently. Everything was as his advert on autotrader said (unlike several others we had looked at!) The car was checked over and serviced as and when he said it would be, and was sold to us at a reasonable price. The car looks great and drives beautifully.
