   I used BreakerLink to find a part , they responded with the availability asked them to send picture and details of product to see if it’s matched , they said better to we will fix and check as well - Multiple times asked to confirm the item details matched they response yes , on arrival it was different item and they said we don’t fit as well - wasted my 2 weeks waiting time and drove 40miles just for their non-serious behaviour and poor customer service. I won’t recommend anyone .

   I was looking for a used engine for my Honda Civic, I found their details via quote from a scrap yard quote service. They responded within in minutes. They were fast to respond to all my queries, and helpful when I spoke with them over the phone. They are confident in the quality of their goods, so I felt like I was in good hands. The engine arrived in a mater of days and so far it’s working fine. Happy with the chance I took ! Excellent customer service.

   I called ahead and spoke to the owner about a specific bumper I needed. He told me over the phone that he had it in stock, so I made the trip down. When I got there, he first claimed he didn’t have it, then after some time he did find it — but was rude and unhelpful throughout the whole interaction. His attitude was dismissive, and the overall customer service was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful or straightforward service.

   Fantastic Customer Service went this morning for a power steering ECU as my power steering light came on and steering was heavy. I thought I'd try replace this part before taking to a garage, when explain to the breaker what I needed he said yes we have one and it will work as its a comon fault with peugeot 107. Went home fitted it and works. Will use them again if needed 100%

   Went on breakerlink to source a part for my Honda Jazz. This company came back with a price. I rung them up to hopefully purchase the item. They stated they did not have the part. Ehhh!!!! I would not touch them with a barge pole but I really don’t believe they care about customers so this feedback will fall on death ears.

   Quick enough to take my money, promised me that it would be 99% next day delivery or 100% the day after. After two days, still waiting. Have I been scammed, I wonder? No idea how good the parts are a but customer service is grim. This is a business based on empty promises. Will never use again and will tell all my contacts to avoid them. I suggest you do the same.

   I ordered a rear light unit for a Daihatsu Terios that I could not find anywhere. The staff were so helpful and made sure it was the part I needed. It arrived quickly, packaged very well and it was in great condition. This was in January. Also - they post to Northern Ireland which is excellent. I have now ordered another part with them this month that I need for MOT. Great service.
