   A massive thank you to Danny and the team. I am not local and had a severe exhaust failure. When I called, Danny was forthcoming with advice and although they are fully booked offered to look at the damage and help where he could. Gratefully I drove it to TG-S and they got me back on the road free of charge with a temp repair. A brilliant gesture and speaks volumes of the company ethos.

   Got a backbox delete here on Saturday on my astra GTC. Extremely professional, very helpful and helped explain everything to myself that has never modded a car before this one so I was clueless. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remap, tune, or have a custom exhaust done. My car sounds totally different, I already loved driving it but now I have a grin everywhere I go.    Quoted by powerflow head office, turns up after a 30 mile drive to be told he won't work on my car because the price I was quoted was wrong! What an absolute joke. Guy on the phone was arrogant at head office and the guy at top gear Stockport was looking to have me over! Telling me a cat costs them 250 but yet the same cat on ebay is 130! Don't quote customers and then try and charge them extra when it's suppossed to be a fixed price for an exhaust system based on the quote given! Edit after response . I was given a price by their head office of £500, if anyone wants the proof contact crazygamer!

   Heard good things about this place. Took my E63 over 2 weeks ago to get a quotation on getting exhaust tips welded on. Guy at reception with the beard checked the car and the tips and showed him diffuser I’m getting put on elsewhere so they’ve just got to put tips on. He confirmed they can do it and agreed a price and booked it in for two weeks later as they had no earlier slot. During these two weeks, emailed a few times to see if any earlier slots but no response. Anyway, went on the day agreed and handed my key over and was told they’d call me when done. Got a call as soon as I got home (a few miles away) to say that the guy who had agreed and checked your car shouldn’t have given you a quote to do the works, firstly as it was a part we didn’t supply, secondly, he couldn’t check properly without putting on the ramp. Funny how the first time I took it, he got under the car and gave me two options of how he would weld on and confirmed it’s possible and gave me a price. Surprised such a bad experience from a ‘reputable’ place. Wasted time for initial visit and quotation, no response to emails, waited two weeks trusting they have confirmed and it’s all sorted, stopped looking elsewhere to get it done as thought these guys must be good, turn up on the day , left car there with them then got a call 45 mins later to be told it’s not something they should have agreed to do and that guy at the reception should have ramp checked it instead of under the car and to come collect the car. No apologies once I went to pick the car up. Shocked and surprised is an understatement.

   I needed a new exhaust for my 06 Kia Sportage and was quoted upwards of 1300 from mainstream tyre and exhaust specialists. I emailed these guys through the website mid December, explaining what I wanted, with quite strict parameters and nothing was too much hassle. Price quoted, appointment booked for the new year. Exhaust is exactly what I asked for. As close to factory as is possible with family friendly volume. As a bonus, it was less than half the cost of other places, they repaired other issues (no extra cost) and it was done in a very reasonable time span. Car now sounds and looks factory with the bonus of a life time warranty. Thanks for excellent service and knowledge guys. A rarity nowadays
