(Price list included) Fantastic little down-the-road boozer. Serving up Joseph Holt’s brews. A proper local’s pub, that’s just had a great refurb with a stunner of a beer garden. Do recommend the Joseph Holt Dark. Seems like a full refurb, the men’s toilets are very clean and looking new. Been walking past this place for about 7-years and never called in till today! Will be back.

this pub is your typical local pub and you will stand out if you are not from area . nevertheless the service was welcoming and a lovely selection of drafts on , HOLT appeared to be the popular lager at this pub , once again i would like to see a bit more cider on the draft. beautiful laid out beer garden which appeared to be recently renovated. there was a food menu but i cannot comment on this, very short walking distance from a TRAVELODGE up the street and this is a good pub to start a weekend away or couple of nights staying in MANCHESTER before you go into the main city

This place never disappoints. The menu has something for everyone, and each dish is made with care. The chocolate lava cake is pure heaven.

Love the place. Fantastically priced pints of a respectable variety. Very chilled, mature vibe. Usually has a bit of sport on the telly. No food available except bar snacks so I've given that a lower rating

Visited today with my husband. In Manchester for a wee visit from Glasgow. Can't recommend this pub highly enough. The landlady was so friendly and helpful. And the Trailblazer stout was a big hit with my husband!

Good pub for the locals and passers by. There isn’t many other pubs within the area and even so the Bricklayers is ideal for most. Quite a few seats, with a private function room too and also an outdoor seating / smoking area. They frequently stream live football matches and top off the price of a pint is unbeatable compared to many other pubs, although the selection of larger and beer isn’t top range, the ones they offer are quite nice.

Never had a bad experience in here, best local pub I've been to, and can't go wrong work £2.70 pints. All the staff are lovely, particularly Danielle and Christine! Looking forward to going again soon
