   Went to buy a part of a car, staff was very rude, they taken money in advance a promise to fix next day. They didn't pay attention for long time and at last fix the car but a red warning sing came up on dashboard which they denied to fix. Please be careful, don't pay anything in advance.

   Justin is a very friendly individual have known him for a long time. Would recommend to go there to ask for your part then come back when they tell you it's ready to avoid waiting around. Overall very vast selection of parts have had a lot of performance vehicle engines and gearboxes from them and haven't had any major issues. Anything that I have had an issue with Justin has sorted it out for me either with a replacement or with a refund.

   Went in to buy a car part and was met with incredibly rude staff. They quoted me £45 for a part I later found one on eBay for just £10. Complete rip-off and zero customer service. Avoid this place save your money and your patience.

   AVOID THIS COMPANY: Bought a replacement engine on eBay that we was happy to collect over an hour away from us. They kept changing the collection day and on the day they arrange we arrived at the yard and the engine wasn't ready, so alarm bells are already ringing. They promised to send out via a courier on the following Monday which it didn't turn up till the Tuesday so our engineer was standing around all day Monday. Finally when the engine arrived, lots of parts were missing off it so we gave the engine a good check over and all the ports we rusted up and lots of corrosion on the engine. Looks like it has been sat outside for a very long time. We tried to turn the engine over with a large bar and it was seized solid. They wouldn't arrange collection for the engine so now £90 out of pocket as we had to return the piece of scrap back to them to gain a refund. So please avoid this company and do yourself a favour to avoid the hassle. Wish I checked the reviews before i made the purchase.

   I wish I could have given an even lower star rating. Worst experience of my life, I got parts from them. Which took a week. For them. To. Remove once I saw them I realised they were not right as I had paid for them in advance I required a refund and when I asked for a refund and they wouldn't refund. It took me a good 2 days of constant nagging and I had to beg for my own money back disgusting customer service even then I didn't get a full refund. Avoid avoid avoid

   These guys are really good people, who help those in need. After I got the part off and got home we found out it didn't fit. By the time we got back to the yard it was 21:30 and the guy stayed open, we needed extra parts to make the part fit but we was struggling financially so the lad gave us some money back and the extra parts and bought us 2 of the best coffees I've ever had from a coffee machine! Thanks for that night, we won't forget it! Highly recommended, definitely deserves your custom!
