Just waited 15 minutes at the counter without getting served,despite ringing the bell to alert a member of staff that I was there( several times) and despite numerous members of staff seeing me walk in ......if you need to collect anything ,go elsewhere ,it will be a hell of a lot quicker....I went elsewhere
