Took my car there on 2 separate occasions for some development work. Both times i have received amazing communication from start to finish from Adam. They cant do enough for you. The gpf back for the m135i f40 makes the car sound how it should. Showed me around the new unit so i knew where my car was being kept. A very clean and tidy environment.
Got some wheel spacers from my friend on Christmas 2024 everything was fine until about a half a year after I fitted them the thread on one of the studs on the wheel spacers just broke stopping me from putting a wheel nut back on after taking the wheel off for a new tyre so i emailed them and after about 4 months of emailing they sent me a replacement stud at the cost of £10 i then tried to swap out the broken stud for the new stud it was the complete wrong size so when i tried multiple different nuts it stripped everyone. so now not only have i not got a stud on the spacer i have also got 3 wrecked wheel nuts that I’m going to have to replace. How can a company send the wrong size part when they know what size it should be?
Direnza is absolutely incredible — their customer service is second to none! While my car was in for a performance air intake (which sounds amazing and made a huge difference), they noticed an issue with some work I’d done myself, fixed it for FREE, and even let me know about it. You honestly won’t find a better place!
Ordered through dervtech and collected same day myself as they had found a boost leak on my car that morning. Returned to dervtech Ellesmere Port. with the direnza intercooler for dervtech to fit- during fitting they encountered fitment issues due to poor quality control of the finish to the item which prevented the boost pipes attaching. Approx 2hrs of sanding down and refinishing/adjusting and test fitting until the boost pipes would fit and clip onto the new unit. 3 stars I probably generous but the item works well now it’s installed but I still have fitment issues as it’s rattling against something which needs to be looked at in the near future. Great service off dervtech this has nothing to do with them it’s a QC issue for direnza.
Two orders, and both times I was very disappointed. Some time ago, I ordered a dual intake system with filters. After installation, I found the filters were of terrible quality the rubber was cracking, and pieces could actually get sucked into the turbocharger. The sales department replaced the damaged filter, but the issue returned within a week. Of course, they blamed me, saying the clamp was overtightened. However, after switching to filters from another brand, the issue disappeared and I even tightened the clamps more. After a while, I decided to give them a second chance and ordered a set of springs, especially since they were listed as in stock. It was only at checkout that I was told delivery would be 3 days for most products, but 5–7 days for the springs. I placed the order on May 27th. Today is June 19th and I still haven’t received anything. I do not recommend this seller. They’re unreliable and sell extremely poor quality products

Easy to order the 15mm spacers are good quality and fit well to my Subaru, the delivery was quick as well.
Having recently visited Direnza to have some parts developed on my BMW M135i, I cannot recommend the company enough. I had heard of Direnza in the past but had never visited their premises. I have always tuned and tweaked my cars and have very high standards. The guys at Direnza blew my expectations out of the park. From the moment I entered the building, I met all of the staff and could instantly tell how passionate they were about what they do, whether its the design work, development or the actual fitting of the parts, these guys were incredible. I was shown exactly what would be happening from start to finish and wow I was impressed. The quality of their parts is fantastic!! I cannot wait to return to have more hardware fitted and I cannot speak more highly of the guys at Direnza. Such high standards of workmanship from start to finish and not to mention how friendly and approachable the team are. This is how a company should be ran and looking forward to my return soon.
Only giving one star as it wont let me put zero. The worst company I have dealt with for a long time. Ordered a product online with no mention of the product not actually being in stock. Took over a month the be delivered after much chasing and very poor communication from direnza. Told multiple times the product would be with me and it wasnt. Was then told I would get compensated for the issues received this never happened.
Ordered some 20mm spacers from Direnza. They arrived quickly and were packaged well. A good quality product. 5 stars
