Stopped by for a headlight bulb, fitted in minutes for less than just the bulb would have cost at a national retailer. Friendly, knowledgeable and keeping the money in the local economy, well worth stopping by Astley Motor Services.
Changed an indicator bulb for me free of charge, iv used this shop for years and the level of service has never changed, knowledgeable helpful staff that go above and beyond.
The most helpful & friendly spares shop in Britain !! Staff fully knowledgeable about anything that goes on a vehicle. Used them since they opened, always 1st class service. Larger outlets would do well to take on board how customer service works !! WELL DONE LADS.
Needed a battery for my 87 year father in laws car.I was told they could get one in for him in about an hour.Because of my father in laws age, I asked if they could fit the battery for him if he called in, they asked me where he lived , and said they would send someone to fit it for him. They arrived well before lunchtime same day, fitted the battery at no extra cost. Not experienced excellent service like this for a long long time, absolutely brilliant. Thankyou to all concerned at Astley motors, a lot of other businesses Would do well to learn from their 5 star customer service.
The guys are brilliant here, the go above and beyond what a normal retailer would do. I went on Saturday for something and they where super helpful to the point they even tried to fix my issue. I couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommended theses guys.
Bought wiper blades. They were extremely helpful, friendly yet very professional and fitted the blades for me. We have purchased quite a few items and have always found them very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
Not many places left like this. Small family run shop with well trained staff.. I am an amputee and only went for headlight bulb. 20 minutes later the bulb was fitted( for free!) and I came away feeling better about the world. Nice people, nice service.
