    I come to whiston motor factors for most of my car needs. The 2 guys working there are really friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices are very good aswell, more often than not beating out the competition and I have never had an issue with anything ive bought from there. I recommend whiston motor factors to everyone who asks me where they can get parts from. Location wise its not too bad. There is a large square opposite that you can park on (when the market isnt on) or you can park on Home Bargains across the street (but this has cameras and a time limit). You can't park directly outside the shop as there are double yellow lines but its never really been an issue for me.

    The guys here are fantastic. They always do their best for you. They go above and beyond. Fitting wipers or changing batteries in your key fob. No extra charge just respectful. Good prices too.

    Went in today asked if they did batteries for my car key, and asked if they changed them at the same time. Got told were a shop not a garage!! Absolutely dreadfull attitude. Halfords happily changed my key battery with a smile. If I could leave no stars I would have. Very, very poor service. Could of just said we don't sell them, or we can sell them but can't fit it. But no, I get that. Rude and disrespectful.

    Nice little place with a good amount of stock as well. If you need some small thing for your car, there is a good chance of getting it from there straight away or on the next day. Their prices are affordable too. The regular shopkeeper is a nice helpful bloke who works there for ages now.
