Took my wife's car in for repair. Issued diagnosed straight away, repairs completed by the afternoon. Top guys, would happily recommend.
Proper garage services with proper qualified efficient staff. Just purchased a 13 year old Hyundai Auto. Alternator belt snapped so limped 5 miles or so down to Lymm Services. Found this garage on Google - called them - advised me to let the radiator cool down for 30 mins - in the meantime garage ordered a fan belt. Used google to get directions to the garage - part hadn't arrived - I went for a walk thinking it would be 30-60 minutes to get the part and job sorted. My staff member called after 20 minutes to say job done. Returned, paid on invoice, got to the car and mechanic noticed a rear tyre was down. Owner removed wheel, repaired the puncture and refused payment. Absolutely top notch service - it wasn't as though they didn't have enough work on their plate. I run cars as a business: we all know time is of the essence especially when staff was with me ( we had dropped off 2 vans in Preston ). The garage was professional, efficient, friendly and knew their stuff. I have no hesitation recommending their services so much so that if my business was 10 miles not 65 miles away I would use their services constantly. Thank you guys.

Bit of a late review, but in the summer in had major problems with a vw Golf and after a bit of confusion which was my fault, they did a great job egr valve and water pump and belt replacement , clear and transparent pricing, will not hesitate to recommend or use you again. The service we received from Phil and Holly was fantastic. They came very quickly to our aid when we broke down on a Friday afternoon on our way up to Scotland. So helpful and friendly, really putting themselves out to help us. We had to leave our vehicle with them to be repaired and they have done a great job, prompt and at a good price. I would thoroughly recommend their garage for all your cars and vans.

We recently had some major engine works and re-fit on a Ford Transit van completed at Vernon Auto Repairs. Such excellent customer service right from the start. Friendly and helpful from our first telephone call. They kept in contact with us throughout and explained all work and possible costs. Very knowledgeable and professional and really genuinely wanted to help with saving us cost. We travelled from Guildford up to Lymm, very easy journey and completely worth the travel. Replaced a rear wheel bearing on my Citroen which turned into a nightmare of bleed screws snapping off. When it came to bleeding the brakes I couldn't get a good pedal no matter how much I tried. Contacted Phil and he dropped everything ( on a Sunday !) and using his specialist equipment had all the air out of the system in no time. Amazing service, really friendly garage, I can personally highly recommend Vernon auto repairs for getting me out of a problem of my own making!
Always use Vernons, however massive thank you to the lads at Vernons, rang them yesterday with barely a clutch in my van. Booked in Friday morning, parts in, job done then collected this afternoon! Class service on every level!
