   Very shit, incorrect item sent wrong 3 times, they take very long with collection and now im in refund process they have sent wrong refund and keep confirming. They have essentially scammed me. Paid for a e90 front lip splitter and they don’t know the difference and refunded me my rear lip spoiler which is much cheaper so i guess they needed to make some money. The whole process has taken 2 months. Their team has been shit with it keep getting it wrong and sending me screenshots that contradict each other.

   After about 40 minutes, I received the message that the package had been shipped. I got the parts four days later here in Switzerland — I’ve never had such fast shipping before! I ordered a short shifter and an exhaust manifold with a downpipe up to the catalytic converter. The short shifter also fits perfectly in the 1996 Almera GTI. Thanks a lot!    real poor service! rang up to order some parts, we told they was in stock and said they would be delivered next day parts paid for , 4 day later after speaking with multiple team members and being charge for the phone call at 45p per minute and £10 later in call charges the part was not in stock as they said, now awaiting full refund ! hard work to deal with parts not in stock but still take your money don not use !

   sent me a parcel out with false advertising ref the part. use a premium number so no calls. Spinning me round and round giving me the same response for the first 5 emails over the course of a week. Then finally after sending pictures etc they would not offer me free return postage. Always make sure you email them with the interested part so they can not mislead. Will NEVER USE AGAIN!!

   Friend purchased an exhaust, they sent the wrong one out and he didn’t realise until after the return period and refused to rectify their mistake. Terrible service, and will not be buying from here ever, even though I didn’t in the first place.

   Awful company do not buy from them. They sell products that are hazardous and not fit for purpose. Had many issues with a secondary de cat exhaust part, acknowledged my complaint at first I supplied a lot of evidence but they still do not want to know. Cheap fixtures and fitting as resulting in the fitting of this product being totally off, so bad to the point I’d feel ashamed in selling it on to another owner not wanting them to go through the same issues. Nevertheless the product was £299 and now it’s £170 which proves all about how the product is awful and they know it and want to get rid of their produced stock. Please I encourage not to buy exhaust parts from this place go to a local exhaust shop or buy from miltek you will save in the long run and save on the stress too very shady company

The product is of a very high quality and standard and does exactly what it says on the tin. No fitment issues. Once I collected it the person I spoke to was very friendly and offered any support that I may need. Highly recommend these! Will be my go to for anything I need in the future
