Excellent fish and chips and very well priced compared to other local chippys. Also the fish was Cod unlike some of the local establishments who serve Coley but charge for Cod. Many thanks I'll be back.
The best Chinese food in Warrington. Take aways only. Friendly, efficient service - as soon as they hear my voice on the phone they know what I'm ordering. Shop is clean, food is hygienically wrapped and always tasty. Never oily nor greasy. We've been ordering there for years now. Absolutely love the Chinese Mama who runs the show. Always smiling at all her customers.
Absolute shambles of a Chinese , really disappointed in our experience. The shop was freezing beyond cold and had to wait 40 minutes for an order.. Food wise it was the worst I’ve tasted in many years, the soup looked ok but was gloopy full of thickening agent with no taste or meat just veg. The beef Cantonese I tasted one piece and it was like mush again in gloop.! Chicken fried rice was ok, that’s more than I can say about the dim sum plater… it was cremated and burnt and greasy.! The sweet an sour was ok to be fair that’s the only reason it’s getting 1 star.. I don’t even want to mention the chips…
The place has gone good again, food is lovely and new management have put their passion back into it.
Love this Chinese. English or Chinese perfect. I would probably use it more if they had a delivery service.
Always great food with great service and they take card payments. Our favourite take away in Warrington.
What a shame. Ordered three trays of ribs and received around six or seven tiny nubs of meat and gristle (almost like they'd cut the ribs in half). Tasted great but really disappointing portion size. There are lots of options in the area that have great portions and taste.
I’ve used Dragon City for over 30 years, last 2 visits we’ve walked away with reheated chips. This place has happily taken the custom and money from Warrington families for years but has rapidly gone down hill since the family tried to sell the business. Surly a business that’s traded for so long can’t be that hard up they now need to start reheating chips left over from lunch. You only have yourselves to blame if the business is failing and you lose customers due to treating them like fools.
