   AVOID THIS OVERPRICED DISGUSTING, SOGGY UNSEASONED FOOD!! Over £50 worth of food ordered and this has to be the worst chinese meal.we have ever had... £11 for salt n pepper box - 5 pieces of soggy unseasoned chicken. No salt and pepper, no chinese 5 spice just soggy onions and a couple of slices.of chilli. 2 large chips which were small portions and were soggy and Luke warm. £3 for mushy, clumpy fried rice which went in the bin. Tried to call to complain and ask for a refund as it wasnt edible as soon as we got home as we knew it was due to close but for 15 minutes they didn't answer. Waste of money eye and overpriced for a crappy "chinese" chippy in latchford

   Not been here for a while but £16 for salt n pepper chicken and salt n pepper chips and what we got was big chunks of soggy chicken that tasted of prawn and chips that were under cooked and full of oily onion and not much else. The sausage is cooked and reheated on arrival as well which I've never had before not nice. Sorry guys you were polite and efficient but we won't be returning

   My husband just got 2 salt and pepper boxes and chips and gravy. And a curry sauce for £30! The salt and pepper boxes are a joke! £11 for a small box of soggy chips with 3/4 equally soggy bits of battered chicken. Absolute rip off!! Won't be going again.

   I ordered fish the other night after finishing work v late - the gravy was great, but my god the fish was rank! The last time I had fish and chips here the chips were overcooked and nasty too. I suspect they undercooked the fish as it was overly fishy, a bit soggy and just didn't taste good at all... The gravy couldn't mask it either. Won't be returning for a chippy :/

   Great value as you can go larger on currys for an extra £1.70 and the same for the rice and you have a choice of 3 heats which is great and it tastes as good as it looks yummy. . And can be shared buy 3 adults. .

   I have travelled extensively through every Chinese take away in this town and found Westy Lane to offer the least amount of vegetarian/vegan friendly foods... They don't even have Tofu on the menu... I myself am not content with the sub par chips I bought which were some of the worst chips I've ever had! Having travelled to China myself and been more than impressed with the veggie options in the restraunts and how accommodating they were to my vegan beliefs I find this supposed 'Chinese' take away to be very unauthentic! Will definitely not be coming back in less I hear about dedicated veggie/vegan options.
