Food always comes Luke warm. The woman that delivers has bad attitude just takes money you give her and walks away. Flings gate open when she arrives and doesn’t shut it on way out. I stopped ordering from here for a few months hoping it would change but no luck.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered via Uber at 7pm with 30mins estimated delivery time. Was marked as on its way at 7:30. Still hadn't arrived by 8:45. 12 phone calls later they answered. The food hadn't started being cooked. Refused to process a cancellation as it was over an hour since order but also wouldn't update Uber to say it had not been delivered so Uber couldn't process a refund.

I ordered food through Uber Eats, but they use their own driver, so it’s not possible to track your order. The food arrived an hour and a half late, and I had to call them twice. Each time, I was told it would arrive in 15 minutes, which wasn’t true. In summary, if you’re in a hurry, I recommend avoiding this restaurant. However, if you have time to wait, the food itself was fine — you just need to be patient.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I wish I had checked the most recent reviews, it was absolutely vile. The duck was like a brick, could literally break teeth. I've never seen a duck like it. The chow mein served in a polystyrene box made everything soggy and disgusting. It was full of some sort of liquid/sauce but literally no taste to it at all. The beef in the Chinese was like chewing rubber on the end of a pencil. After that catastrophe, we were already put off. The "chicken balls" were more like chicken fingers, but 90% batter and 10% chicken, not even remotely shaped like a chicken ball. I couldn't care less about the shape in all fairness if they tasted alright, but I reckon battering up my own finger would have tasted better. Salt and pepper chicken bites were tough, not great at all. 0/10 would definitely not recommend.

I will most definitely NOT be ordering with China Red again . Ordered online and paid online ordered was accepted with a delivery time of 30 minutes. I am a reasonable person and expect short delay but we had to chase several times and we're clearly fobbed off with it's on its way when it clearly was not. We struggled getting through on the phone and I was cut off at one point. I requested a refund online in the end however food arrived 2 minutes later so I accepted this, food was nice but the whole experience on waiting 1 HR 45 mins and being fobbed off and lied too several times has resulted in me never wanting to order from them again. If they were too busy to accept the order they should have declined it or been realistic about the delivery time!

Delivery was quick however the food (chicken fried rice, appetisers and duck) was really tasteless, sauces were watery to the point of embarrassment And what should have been a nice treat became a disappointment

Ordered at 18.45, said it would arrived at 19.24 at 20.35 still waiting and told it’ll be 10 minutes. Not the first time this has happened so will be the last time we use them. Simply not good enough!

The worst Chinese I’ve ever had! Egg fried rice was just a boiled rice with soy sauce, no egg in it. We spent over £50 for food that was awful. £1 per the tiniest spring roll. Not gonna mention the duck chow main that was just bad and tasteless.

*AVOID* EGG FRIED RICE WITH NO EGG IN IT. DUCK CHOW MEIN THAT IS DRIER THAN THE SAHARA. PRAWN BALLS COME WITH THE SMALLEST POT OF RED SAUCE EVER. THIS IS NOT A CHINESE, IT IS A RIP OFF AND BLAND. PLEASE CLOSE DOWN

Awful! Food took an hour and a half to arrive even after ringing 3 times when it had been an hour to check where the food was. When it did it was cold and dry. Rang for a refund and said they can take their food back they said they can’t as I have already opened the box. I couldn’t eat any of it and they refused to give me a refund
