Dangerous spacers. Thread went bad with no apparent reason. One OEM bolt get stuck on the spacer stud before it’s got snapped. Very low quality studs steel grade, unsafe and dangerous.
Ordered a turbo back exhaust which got lost with the post( I understand that’s not entirely this companies fault however the company should take responsibility for this as they select the delivery provider and should choose a more reliable provider) was given no communication what so ever I had to call them from my work phone + email + message on social media to even find out it was lost after several days of no communication. Was then told there are none left in stock to replace it so I’d be given a refund, refund was ‘stuck in process’ and I was only told after waiting a week with no updates and I was still not refunded and I had to contact them again to ask for my money back and now I have to wait even longer to get back £392. Not the biggest sim of money but still a lot. When spending this much money or more you’d expect better service I was offered a 15% discount for a future purchase but they have been absolutely terrible in all areas of service so I will not be purchasing from them again they have caused a great ordeal of stress and inconvenience in my life. I decided to instead go for a cobra exhaust system which is more expensive however the delivery and communication was much better than japspeed and I was even given a lot of freebies with my order from cobra. If you’re a first time buyer I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you’re looking for reliable customer service.

I bought a radiator from them and unfortunately had car issues which meant I had to send it back. They were really helpful and replied quickly and issued the refund in good time.

Easy purchase quick delivery item looks n sounds incredible my only reason for not leaving 5 stars was it stated that it came with bolts after a brief chat with the team turns out bolts are not surroleyed with the order apart from that amazing
