   Fantastic service from Liz, super bubbly and kind service. A wonderful face to your company, every person who came in the door was greeted kindly upon entrance and waved goodbye apon their leaving. Food was fantastic, she made great recommendations. Would recommend highly.

   My wife and I visited Tortilla in Guildford for the first time recently, and we were really impressed! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and made exactly to our liking. We both had burritos, and the ingredients were tasty, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. What really made the experience even better was how lovely and friendly the staff were. They took the time to explain the menu, helped us choose our fillings, and made us feel completely welcome. For a first visit, it couldn’t have gone better — we felt relaxed and well looked after from the moment we walked in. The whole vibe was positive and efficient, and the service was quick without ever feeling rushed. We're already looking forward to going back — Tortilla Guildford is definitely a new favourite for us!

   Every time we order from here they miss a crisps and dip. EVERY TIME! The price has also gone up a lot while the quality has decreased (burnt churros & cold burritos in our meal tonight). It's a real shame as we used to eat here almost weekly but the decrease in standards and increase in costs means we've moved on. First meal here in a few months and it was the worst yet. Don't think we'll be coming back again sadly.

   Service and food were excellent! The staff were hugely attentive polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our food was amazing! The selection is huge and our burritos and nachos along with frozen margaritas were all truly delicious. I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and return!

   Tortilla is one of my favourite places to go- the staff are always super friendly, especially Liz who is an absolute angel. The food is made right infront of you and customisable. Barely ever a queue either, as they are very efficient, and of course the food is delicious. I usually get a large burrito which is around £10 including added guac and beef but you can get a small one for £7.20 . The burrito is the perfect size for me to have half now and half for dinner and they were more than happy to wrap it up for me to take the rest home.

   I’m a big fan of burritos, but I didn’t really enjoy the ones I had on the day visited. The portions are small, meat was cold. Not as tasty as I expected. I don’t think I’ll come again. Also, no one cleans tables after the customers leave, feels a bit dirty.
