Good quality food. Particularly enjoyed the hot and sour soup, so surprised to see it's had some bad reviews on here - perhaps it has greatly improved since.

Unfortunately pork dumpling starter for two was inedible! One bite and it’s rubber and the filling (?what is in them) tastes bad. Rang the restaurant and they said ‘everyone gets the same’ and ‘try it with the sauce’. Main course wasn’t great either. We did give them opportunity to rectify it on the phone but they didn’t offer even a basic replacement or apology. Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered hot and sour soup, prawn crackers and Peking spare ribs last night. I haven't ordered from this place since it was called Far East. Delivery was actually quite quick, and the delivery lady was lovely. Unfortunately the hot and sour soup didn't resemble anything I've ever had before and I phoned to complain and let them know. It was horrible, and i asked if I could have the chicken and sweetcorn instead. Give the guy credit, he had it to me very swift and apologised. I just wanna say that the chicken and sweetcorn was the nicest I've ever had, and I really enjoyed the ribs. Thankyou for sorting that out quickly. Let see, if I decide to get the same thing again another time. Will it be as nice, and right first time?

This was our second choice as our first order at another Chinese got cancelled and aren’t we glad! This was the best Chinese we’ve had, all fresh and piping hot even after being delivered 15 minutes away. High quality food and really tasty. We don’t normally order a takeaway due to being disappointed the majority of the time. This will be our new favourite!! Thank you

Very long wait. Good choice of meals. Very poor tasting chips. Very long wait for food.

Cooked to perfection, very tasty. Their king prawn dishes are excellent. Would not order from anywhere else now...

This is the reason God invented garbage bags. Soup - no salt, pepper, garlic or actually anything in it, (it was supposed to be "spicy") but was just some veggie leftovers with one lonely shrimp in it. My main I didn't even touch, just binned after tasting shrimp - one I got, probably died of natural causes, so I didn't risk to try the second one. If you order a main, be ready for some fun - vegetables look like they've been cut by a hatchet in arms of a drunk, pieces about 3cm wide. 20 quid and a romantic evening down the drain, cheers, guys. Anyway, if you plan to order from here, I have a suggestion - get some raw tomato, raw mushroom, raw onion, throw them under a lawnmower, whatever flies out - throw some MSG and soy with starch on it, and heat up 2 min 800w in microwave - trust me, it will be better.

The best Chinese in Newton Le Willows. Portions are great for the money and really tasty, without being too salty or greasy. Will definitely go again!
