   Ordered via just eat from here again from a few years ago, I will say it's still a nice establishment. My only gripe is that the chips are too crispy and dry, and the strips are dry too, even with sauce. I'd recommend adjusting cooking times or making sure the chips or strips are cooked fresh

   You can always tell the difference when the business owner is behind the till, because it's in his direct interest to serve good quality food. The first thing I noticed is the customer service skills from the owner, he was in a cheerful mood despite it being quite late around 10pm on a weekday. I was quite surprised that there was no grilled chicken option, so I have to drop a star for that and for those who are trying to avoid fried food, this should be an option. Although, the no.5 option, a grilled beef burger which on its own was £5, reasonable, was made with lettuce, tomato, onion, gherkin and burger sauce. The burger was grilled perfectly and wasn't over-salted as with many other places. The food was ready within 10mins of ordering. Parking was easy as there is a bay directly outside for 3 vehicles. My advice to take this joint to the next level would be to substitute the plain burger buns to brioche buns, or at least have that as an option. Also, the menu is quite confusing as there's so many options and it's not easy to read. All the best to the team, I'll be back!

   Has declined rapidly. Have increased prices repeatedly as well as their minimum order value. Spent £7.70 on these two tacos in the photo. They forgot any sauce so it is just dry chunks of meat and the “salad” is a small slice of tomato. There was a minuscule amount of cheese. This happens every time I have ordered. I thought I’d give them one last try as they used to be good. lol.

   I used to order a lot of food from burgitzza,but today i asked for a triple cheeseburguer that usually comes with onion,pickles,lettuce,tomatoes,meat and sauce. I call the store and i wasnt rude or disrespectful at all,just asked if they could help me with a refund or something like that for the mistake and she immediately said:a refund for a burger that you already ate?,i didn't even ate it ,at this point i just gave up and hung up respectfully. Poor customer service,lost a good and usual customer.

   Was absolutely the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. Mr. Burgitzza was incredibly friendly. Food was delectable, and I would only wish not eating on my worst enemy. I love burgitzza with all my heart.

   Good pizza, loads of choice of pizzas and other items. Delivery has always been on time and food hot. Delivery drivers are friendly. Good prices too
