Thank you so much Brian for making my MOT happen even though there was limited time. I went in on Saturday and the wrong parts were delivered (not halfords fault at all) he told me to come back on Monday and he would sort my car first thing. So professional polite and kept his promise. :)
Great service all round. There was same-day availability for a wheel alignment that I needed doing fairly urgently following new tyres being fitted on the drive that day. Staff were speedy, courteous and very helpful!
No customer care skills Awful service rude and abrupt. Went to get new tyres didn’t have the stock but was prepared to wait but I asked if they would pass the MOT which was in a few days. First guy very helpful. But when I asked if they would pass the MOT as they didn’t have my tyres in stock at that point but I would go back when they did They said they wouldn’t help as the MOT wasn’t booked with them and stated that it depends on who does the MOT which I find very dodgy as there are national standards for an MOT. The impression i got was they couldn’t be bothered to help me even tho I was the only customer in the place. I thanked them for their time and I walked out and they have lost £800 in sales and a future customer. Definitely wouldn’t go back or recommend. I can recommend John Delany Garage in Stockport they are really helpful and great prices for servicing MOT and Tyres !!!
Great experience getting my mot and service done here. Paid less as I have Halfords premium membership so it made my MOT free which paid for itself. Charlotte at the counter was so kind and helpful, as well as welcoming. I’ve always been quite nervous walking into garages but she made me feel welcomed. The guys did a great job on my service and I received a thorough report of want I needed to do in the future as well as quotes which were really reasonable. Will definitely be returning for the repairs they recommended with them as well as my future service and MOT’s. Cheers!
Excellent centre, the staff go above and beyond to help you out - take my car there for anything tyre/steering/suspension related. If there ever is a problem, pop down and they will always help you out! Top work gents, thanks!
This is the second time I have attended this garage and each time, I have been met with really really helpful and genuine guys. As a female, it can be somewhat intimidating going to a garage. You also worry that you are going to be duped and/or not be taken seriously. However, the complete opposite can be said for these guys. I am so happy to have found a garage that I can actually trust and rely upon for great service, affordability and real life generosity. Thank you everybody!
Brilliant garage. They go above and beyond. They are honest, reliable and offer great service. Originally took my Renault in for a full service and got my brakes changed as well. When they were about to pull the car off the lift suddenly the power steering light came on. They went above and beyond to try and sort out the problem. Even booked it in to Renault to get a diagnostics test done. A star work. Will definitely recommend and be using them for all my cars work. Thank you chaps
I booked an appointment at the stockport branch to get my wheels aligned as well as balanced . I just wanted to thank everyone there especially a lad called conner who did a fantastic job very interactive and friendly and I hope he receives appreciation from the branch manager .
