This is the first time I have ordered from this take away.The food arrived, hot, on time and was delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
Ordered a take away from here. It came in good time and the delivery driver was sound. I’ve ordered from here before, and it was spot on. We thought we’d found our new Chinese take away. This time though, some of the food had a strange taste to it, tbh it was the salt and pepper chicken wings. I’ve had the salt and pepper ribs from here before, and they were nice, but didn’t have much salt and pepper seasoning or flavour to them, and they were chopped very small, unlike the other ribs they do there. The wings though, they weren’t good at all. They had a very strange taste to them, and didn’t taste anything at all like a salt and pepper dish. The rest of the food was pretty good again, but I was very disappointed with the salt and pepper chicken wings.
The best Chinese food! Me and my family are regular customers. The owners and staff are so lovely and it really meant a lot that the owner gave me a call to check if everything was okay after I hadn’t been for a while due to being poorly - this level of customer care is a rarity these days and it meant a lot that they’d taken time out of their day to see if we were ok ❤️ The food is always super fresh, delicious and hot. Delivery has always been on time and never had any problems at all. Wait times in the shop have always been short too and the staff are always so friendly and chatty. A hidden gem in St Helens. Thank you!
90 minutes after I was told my food was on it's way and two and a half hours after ordering, it eventually turned up. Sent it back as it would have been inedible sitting in a bag for an hour and a half. The woman from the chip shop rang me shouting and screaming abuse at me down the phone for not accepting it as it was. I felt sorry for the delivery driver who probably has to pick up the pieces on each delivery. Very rude in chipshop, kept calling me 'lady' and could not accept the fact that I had contacted the app about poor service. Would never ever go here again based on her attitude and the manner in which she screamed at me down the phone.
Bought a special foo Yong, and a special chow mein. Plus portion of chips tonight. Absolutely AWFUL. So bad they went into the bin! Chow mein cold. Hardly any meat. Mainly cold bean sprouts and hardly cooked sliced onions. Foo Yong just a soggy mess! NEVER AGAIN! However, the chips were not too bad. First visit and I would say the worst in St. Helens in our families opinion?
Didnt take cards had to go to 2 deferent cash machines to get cash drive took me 20 minutes, food by then over cooked. So can't rate the food but won't be going agian.
There food is amazingly tasty I would recommend them to any one I will be ordering again from them haven't tasted such good food from a take out well done master woke you should open a restaurant it would do well
First time tried here tonight. The lady on the phone is so helpful and the delivery driver lovely. Food is amazing. Highly recommended. Definitely our new takeaway
Absolutely love food from here, tried so many dishes and never had a bad one (which is a rarity these days from my experience with other takeaways). They accept requests eg i love special chow mein but i dont like prawns, they are only to happy to accommodate and make it without. Delivery is a bonus they are generally really fast on delivery and i know the times that it takes longer i know its because they are busy and it even waiting it still saves me going out.
