   I booked Full Service + MOT on the same day so faults could be fixed before the MOT. They identified major defects during the service but never contacted me, never asked for approval, and still put the car through MOT which then failed. No communication, no professionalism. Extremely disappointing.

   Excellent service. Highly recommend. Fault on my car just before Xmas and they got me in straight away and sorted the car promptly. All other garages couldn’t do it till after Xmas. They made the process stress free. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will using them for all our car needs from now on.

   David and Terry were so helpful! We got a large puncture just as we were about to travel to the Cotswolds and they were kind enough to fit us in and replace our tyre. The service was quick and it was lovely to meet the staff. Will definitely be going back…but hopefully not with another puncture.

   Booked my car in to have 2 tyres fitted at 10.00am. Came back at 2pm to find the tyres had not been fitted. Had wait another 1 hour while they fitted the tyres. What’s the point of making a booking when the car just sits there waiting while they get round to it. Very poor service would not recommend them.

   Always quite scary getting an MOT and service done but all of the staff communicated any possible issues throughout the process. The interactions felt genuine and the overall message was that they wanted my car to be safe. It felt like a thorough job was done and hopefully it will help the longevity of my current car. Very pleasant experience even though I had to spend more than I thought.

   Been coming here to get my service & MOT for years. Really rated it (think I may have left a 5* review previously), sadly the service has really gone down hill. Turned up to drop off my car at the specified time. Was left waiting at the desk whilst one guy stared at his computer totally ignoring me. Then shouted across to someone in the back to come and serve me by yelling “Customer”. Great start. Seems to have been a mix up with calling me to advise my car was ready for pick-up. Which I wasn’t bothered about, didn’t need my car that day so I just waited for a call. Finally got the call through and it started with “do you want to pick up your car then” - pretty rude. Came in to collect my car. Asked if there was anything to say about the MOT. Nope. Usually I would get a full debrief. Advisory’s on things that might need doing next time. Advice on the tyre tread etc. Such a disappointment as I have been over the moon with the service in previous years.

   Scam of a company! Went few weeks ago to get my car checked had to pay for a check up even though it was free? Was told it was a 3 hour check when on the bill it said a hour anyway the worse bit was they couldn’t find any issues but after taking it to another garage they found the issue! They also tried telling me my tyre had a puncture on the inner wall and tried charging me £180 for a new one but again taking it elsewhere i ended up paying £10 for a leaky valve! Dont waste your time with these jokers go to a specialist to get cars checked

   Won't be using again, turned away first week for mot cause they said dip stick had come of cap. Re booked for week later upon arrival they changed my time so had to sit there for 2 hours. Said I need all new brakes as less than 1.5mm, costing over £1000 had looked at else where and they said there's well over 2mm and they don't need changing
