   I visited the store today and had a stylist appointment booked for my partner and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who attended to us showed little to no interest in assisting. He did not ask about the occasion, timeline, or requirements, and instead appeared disengaged, frequently wandering off rather than providing guidance. I was left to source items myself for my partner to try on, and when I did ask for support, the responses I received felt dismissive and disinterested. Ultimately, we left the store early, and the staff member did not even notice we had departed. As we had travelled over an hour to visit this branch, the lack of professionalism and customer care was particularly frustrating. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this store based on our visit.

   We went to the Worcester shop today at 4:30 and were served by a lovely gentleman who was more than happy to help my son find a suit last minute. Unlike other local shops that weren’t interested, the care and customer service here were absolutely perfect. Sadly, we didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but we’re very grateful for his help!

   Had an excellent experience here a couple of days ago. Being a typical bloke, I'd waited until far too close to an event to get a suit and entered in a cold sweat. Luckily I was greeted by Emma, who has an amazing ability to look at someone and guess their measurements, which is spectacularly useful. Sprinkle in superb customer service and a good sense of humour and it made what could have been a chore into something way less intimidating. Thanks Emma!

   Walked in and was greeted by this... the person behind the desk didn't look up from their phone. I and another man were ignored. I was in for maybe 2 mins, I walked to the back of the store and was eventually said hello to as I left. This store used to be busy but I walk past regularly and just see staff on their phones leaning about. As the till is by the front door this looks awful!

   Today my wife and I went to moss bros Worcester for me to be fitted for a wedding suit for our son who lives in Bradford and is getting married in Leeds. He had already been to moss bros in Bradford and paid for the hire of suits for the wedding party. I just needed to be fitted ready for my suit. We were welcomed immediately as we walked in and my wife was given a stool to sit on as she has mobility problems. Michael Sprague and Leah were the shop assistants and did a 1st class service, they were a credit to the company. When I mentioned that I had served in the Royal Air Force for 22 yrs Michael thanked me for my service which made me feel so proud. The fitting was a great experience and I would recommend this store to anyone 10/10

   I went in to buy a new suit for a funeral and I was helped every step of the way by the friendly staff at this store. Emma was the lady who served me, making sure I had multiple options of size and style. She was friendly and assertive when she needed to be, as I'm not familiar with shopping for suits! It was quick and easy which was just what I needed, I will be coming back if I ever need any formal wear.

   On the lead up to my wedding I needed shirts and fabric samples, other Moss stores wouldnt answer the phone and seemed too busy to help. These guys went above and beyond. Simply superb customer service every time I needed them last minute as problems occured. Highly recommended. Didnt catch a few of their names, but most recently Toby was utterly class. Massive thanks for helping where no others would!
