The food from here is soo damn good, I've tried many Chinese takeaways before all around Chester and this takeaway has been my go to everytime for a long time since I've had my first Chinese from here, never went anywhere else. The food has been flawless everytime and customer service has always been second to none. Big thanks to all staff!
Great food but sadly the order is sometimes wrong twice in the last 4 weeks we have arrived home with wrong order one week a meal was wrong the second time an item was missing...we were asked to pop back.. one week we did this as a meal was wrong but to simply pop back for a smaller item is not time or cost effective as meals go cold in the 15 mins it takes to do this

The best Chinese I've had around Chester. Good prices. They will add extra chilli if you ask and reasonable prices.

Very disappointed by the customer service. Visiting family and suggested collecting Chinese on our way in. Spent nearly £70. Ate starters which were very nice. When we served out main courses we realised the sweet and sour sauce for the king prawns was missing, resulting in dry deep friend king prawns only. Contacted the take away who advised that this was only a £1.40 sauce and we could go and collect if we really felt it was needed. Explained that we were unable to drive having now had a couple of alcoholic drinks and they were unwilling to do anything to rectify their mistake. They said we could return the prawns for a refund. The thing I was most annoyed about was being told I was being ridiculous that I was unhappy the sweet and sour sauce for a sweet and sour dish was missing!! They also expressed we could organise a taxi to collect the sauce but this would be out of our pocket. So we’ve been told to return the prawns tomorrow to refund them in full. Unfortunately this put a huge dampener on our evening and having spent a considerable amount I am disappointed in the lack of care and customer service.
I ordered a chicken chow mien and ribs along with a fried rice sweet and sour chicken balls and some bbq ribs. Really disappointed with the flavour the look and presentation. Firstly the sweet and sour chicken was just a sauce and really runny, watered down and no veg. The fried rice looked like yesterday’s not fresh and all clumped together. The chow mien was bland and the chicken was processed along with noodles which looked like yesterday’s warmed up. The ribs were small and full of fat.
Fast, friendly service in a bright, airy and modern takeaway. Food tastes fantastic, and is reasonably priced. On one wall has a grid of dishes and sauces with what allegens they each have - useful if you are gluten intolerant to find food you can have :) Highly recommend.
