   Dreadful experience returning a faulty item. Manager said it was outside policy to have a refund outside 30 days. She had no clue when referred to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty goods. She thought company policy superseded UK law. No refund given. Was eventually able to exchange for other items (I didn't want) in the shop after an almighty battle. Ended up paying even more as I wasn't allowed to find something of a lesser value. Some reason to do with the till I beileve! Complaint sent to head office. Area Manager just as clueless. Might was well have explained the issue to the dog for a more reasoned response.

   Really nice charity shop in Aldridge town centre, plenty of bargains for everyone, from brick a brack, mens, womens, and children's clothes, gifts, pictures , watches, jewellery, cds, dvds, kids toys , clocks, mens , womens, kids shoes and trainers, socks, dishes, bowls , plates cups, saucers, books, plus many other things and objects, theres something for everyone in this charity shop. The staff and volunteers in here are always very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit if your anywhere near Aldridge.

   I took a bag with a donation of a few clothes in today. I said to the assistant on the till I had a donation and she asked me to take them through to the back, which I did. I said to the man in there I had a donation and all he said was right and took the bag off me, but no words of thanks. Nevermind, there are plenty of other charity shops in Aldridge I can take future donations to.
