   The customer is definitely not right in this shop. I bought an item of clothing for a Christmas present, when I tried to return it as it was unsuitable the owners fobbed me off with a credit note even though I was in the four weeks of right to return. It wasn't until I got home that I realised that they had only given me one week to choose something else. Shocking customer service. I definitely won't be shopping here again, same goes to my many aquantences. It was obvious that the owners only cared about the money. What a shame, they have now lost a number of good customers.
