    I arrived here 30 minutes before closing. I ordered chicken fried rice and salt and pepper chicken with chips. Food was piping hot and was amazing. Nothing to fault.

    We've just had a delicious takeaway from New China Palace. We tried a variety of meat dishes including ribs, chicken & beef. We chose rice, noodles & chips as side dishes. I was a bit hesitant due to the reviews but we're so glad we went as the food was amazing! Good portions and reasonably priced too.

    Called up for a order to collect, lady on the phone wasn’t very pleasant , the salt and pepper ribs were in a tray just full of onions and were mostly just fatty, the sausage was white and looked undercooked. rest of the food just didn’t taste good either, very disappointing.

    Just received our order and there was blueish chunks of mould in my soup!! The food has not been the best since this place has been took over will not be ordering from here no more!

    Noticed a big change since new ownership so unfortunately will not be ordering again after being a regular for over 20 years. Chips have changed from real chippy chips to what look like frozen or kebab shop chips! Also the sauces have changed & the packaging for the meals Such a shame

    Terrible Customer Service. Waited over an hour, phoned up to see how much longer it would be to be told it they hadn't even started the cooking it yet, it will be ready when it's ready. Expect delays at the weekend but this was a Thursday.

    The best chippy in all Prescot. I orded 2 meals for me and my fiancée Leanne. I did not wait too long even in this 36c heatwave. When I got the food home I was blown away by the restaurant quilty of the food orded. We use to go Tsos in Liverpool and this food reminded me of that experance. I was so stuff after I ate. The prawn toast is perfect and so many for the price. The sweet n sour chicken is food from heaven. If you want traditional Chinese food and English then it's China Palace in Prescot everytime.

    Always order from here .but won't no more last few times the food as always been cold and the BBQ ribs are chewy and burned and that's the little meat that's on them ,chips always seem to be warm ups but cold .gone right down hill this chippy .food used to be lovely but not no more
